***The Next Meeting is Wednesday period 8 in 483***

3.20.03 (pd 1 and 2)

This meeting we watched X: The Movie. Yeah! This club rules! ^____^

3.12.03 (pd 9)

In our second anime club meeting, more people were able to show up. Once again, we had an obstacle wit schedules. So far, there is no permanent one. However, we are alternating every week so it is important to check up on this site regularly.

We are having a vote for leadership over the anime club. All that wish to run can ask Christina for details or go to the section on the website soon to be up about elections. Offices include president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, etc.

We are trying to filter out the details for the trip to Boston. We have agreed to go for one day only, because staying at an hotel is way too costly. The cost still remains at approximatly $45. We have decided to sell a various amount of anime related items for money. Let's hope it'll be enough. *crosses fingers* Sugggestions are wanted, so if you have any, please speak up.

We also discussed advertising for our club. If any one would like to walk around and hand out flyers, please contact Christina or Mr. Collins.

The rest of the period was spent discussing what anime we should watch next week. We named countless anime, but the final two choices are Petshop of Horrors and X. If PoH doesn't work, we'll watch X.

.6.03 (pd 6)

***VERY IMPORTANT***

Here's our main problem. Schedules. Some of us feel we should alternate periods every week, in case some times are inconvenient for students. Periods open are 1, 2, 6 and 9.

The anime club met period 6 on March 6 in room 486 under the supervision of Mr. Collins. Only a handful of students were able to show up.

Right now, a senior named Christina has taken charge of the club's operations. with our efforts combined, the club will hopefully become a huge success.

What we discussed:

During the spring break, there will be an anime convention in Boston. Hopefully, we will be able to raise enouogh money to go, or if not, pay for the trip ourselves. If you have any suggestions for items to sell, feel free to say so. So far, we have thought about selling candy, stuffed animals, and having a bake sale.

Anime festival- yes, our very own!! At the end of the year, we can put one together. We can dress in costumes, have a drawing contest, watch movies, make music videos, and party!! If there's enough money raised, we can try to have a drawing for some DVDs.

Next week, we plan to watch a movie. Over the weekend, please think about what you would like to see.
