Appearance

Silkily shoulder length gold hair with bangs that go over to one side. Gorgeous golden eyes with small specks of red and soft looking pale white skin. She is thin and very much in shape. She has a low down to earth voice like an angel that has a slight commanding tone to it. When she is not getting her way, she always has to have a whiny voice and uses it until she gets her way. She stands 5'0" and carries her body like a princess, straight up with no slouching. When not in school, Celica wears tight fitting jeans and tops usually in shades of gold, red, orange, and yellow.

Personality

She is very rude, bossy, and disrespectful towards others unless she is getting her way. She has a slight air of royalty among her that some people cannot help but notice. She can act innocent when needed but prissy when things are not going her way.She has a bad attitude when it comes to other people. If she thinks the people are better then her, even by a little bit, she will plot a scheme against that person.

History

Celica grew up in a household with servants and money. She is the middle child and hates being so. She is spoiled by her father and usually gets her way from him. When she applied at CWA (Celestial World Academy), she was ahead in all her classes until the "perfect" Jakunen came along and spoiled everything for her. Since then she has always had a little grudge against the other girl.

Family: Celica is currently living with her mom (Rebecca; a very respectful executive), father (Kirk; television reporter), older brother (Steven; student), and little sister (Meredith; student).

Appearance: Small red, yellow, and orange phoenix that has fire around it when it is summoned or using magic.

Transformation Phrase: Sun Solar Power, Make Up!

Transformation Sequence: She yells out "Sun Solar Power, Make Up!” the ruby stoned necklace that is around her neck shines almost blindly.

Introduction Phrase: "I may be just a senshi in training, but I know I can kick your butt. Prepare for a challenge, for I am Sailor Sun and I am here to kill you!"

Outfit: Under the breast golden tank top like bodice, golden belt and skirt, golden single strapped high heels, black transparent sleeves that cover her hands as a glove would. Her stomach and legs are also transparent black.

Attacks
• - Name: Solar Flare
- Description: She yells "Solar Flare!" and much like her necklace when she transforms, her staff gives off a bright light, surrounding Sailor Sun.
- Effect: This attack creates a huge sun like object and charges towards the target, causing them to lose focus. It is used to help others to escape or to let magic incline allies do healing towards those that need it or to cause damage to the target.
- Power Usage and Restrictions: "Solar Flare!" can be blocked by a metal shield or a magic shielding, if the target has a shield, Sailor Sun usually does not attack, unless she knows that she can make it work. It takes a slight amount of energy and can be dodged when the target has quick feet.

• - Name: Rising Sun
- Description: She yells "Rising Sun!" and from the bottom of the staff all the way up to the sun on the staff, it charges up causing it to over charge.
- Effect: This attack raises the sun, causing the (multi) target(s) to catch on fire.
- Power Usage and Restrictions: "Rising Sun!" cannot be blocked by normal means, only by very powerful magic. It takes half of her energy and it is not able to be dodged unless the target uses black magic (darkness, shadows, etc...). This attack can only be used when it is dark outside.

• - Name: Rise of the Sacred Phoenix! Come forth!
- Description: "She shouts "Rise of the Sacred Phoenix! Come forth!" and her guardian phoenix appears. Sailor Sun's body is encircled by fire from which the phoenix rises.
- Effect: No effect.
- Power Usage and Restrictions: Blockage unknown. This takes all of Sailor Sun's energy, causing her to faint after summoning. Dodge unknown.

Bonus Power: Being able to summon her guardian in civilian form.
Weapon: Sun Staff; a 6'0" handled staff with a gigantic stuff on top. The handle is brownish while the sun is in shades of yellow, red, and orange.
