This is an example of a simple dynamic HTML animation, done with java script through Microsoft FrontPage. This one in particular is done with two frames and would not make a short animated sequence.
This is an example of a simple GIF animation that I learned how to do a while ago and made for my friend. To make a complete animation with this program, GIF construction set, would take a long time, as it works kind of like a flip book, and each picture would have to be modified frame by frame...
I have had a lot of experience with Premiere. I made this text animated for a presentation I had in English. I can animate text with this program (obviously), but wouldn't be able to make a cartoon with it, unless again, the animation was drawn frame by frame. (GIF Construction set and AVD Video Processer were used to convert my AVI file to GIF so that it could be put onto this webpage.)
