Following is the prize structure for the May 1, 2004 Sacramento regional Yu-Gi-Oh! tournament.

- First Place: Invitation to US National Championships + Microsoft XBox and Yu-Gi-Oh! Dawn of Destiny game for XBox

- Second Place: Invitation to US National Championships + 15 Invasion of Chaos packs

- Third Place: Invitation to US National Championships + 10 Invasion of Chaos packs

- Fourth Place: Invitation to US National Championships + 8 Invasion of Chaos packs

- Fifth-Eighth Place: 5 Invasion of Chaos packs

- Ninth-Sixteenth Place: 3 Invasion of Chaos packs

More prizes will be added depending on the number of players at the event and announced prior to the first round.
