Due to the overwhelming success of the Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game, Upper Deck Entertainment in November launched its all new judge certification program, through which experts in rules and organized play can be recognized by the Yu-Gi-Oh! community and recieve official rulings from sanctioned Netreps. In conjunction with these official Netreps, a group of volunteer judges has assembled the Netrep Files, an unofficial collection of every official ruling available for the game. Below are up to date copies of each file, which include self-explanatory instructions.
