• What's going on? Where am I? WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE?!
• You are in the FAQ section for The Hellsing Guild. We are a Guild on the site www.neopets.com. We are a bunch of crazy people who eat, drink, and sleep Hellsing.

• Who am I talking to?
• My name is Kalie. I created the Hellsing Guild. My username on Neopets is Zahmira.

• I joined the Guild and it says that my rank is Ghoul. Ghouls are stinky, dirty, dead, disgusting creatures. How do I move up in rank?
• The ranking system works like this at the moment:
  Ghoul: A new member, with 50 posts or less, or who has disappeared from Neopets or the guild completly.
  Hellsing Agent: 50-100 posts.
  Freak: 100-150 posts.
  Iscariot Agent: 150-200.
  Vampire: 200+ posts and has a banner posted in their shop. To get a council position which has opened you must first be a Vampire.
  Council: Members choose their own Rank names from Hellsing charaters. Currently Integra, Zorin Blitz, Rip, Helena, and Pip are the council names.

• I don't think that my rank is right, how do I get it changed?
• Just send a (nice) Neomail to one of the council members, xkuroneko_samax handles most of it. With 130 members at the time of the late update, we can't check every day if someone should be moved up.

• My rank is right, but I don't like Iscariot. Can I get you to change that?
• Sorry, but if I change it for you, it changes for everyone. The rank names don't really mean anything, I just picked them in order of power really. Hellsing Agents can take out Ghouls (but that's about it...). Freaks can kill Hellsing Agents, Iscariot Agents can kill Freaks, and big powerful Vampires can kill Iscariot Agents.

• I want to post a banner in my shop, how do I do this?
• Go to the Banners secion of the website. There you will see all the available banners. Beside each banner is some HTML code. Just highlight and copy the code into your shop description.

• I want to submit some fanart and/or fanfics. How do I do this?
• Just email them to herushingu@hotmail.com. If you are submitting a fanfic, please give it a rating. The rating system is posted on the Fanfic Section of the website. We do accept fics of any rating.

• Are there any rules for posting on the message board?
• Yes. When replying to a message, please replay to the correct one. It gets confusing when you are replying to topic A, but your subject line says "Re: Topic B". If you want to reply to a few topics you can use more than one post, in fact we encourage this. Also, be nice and follow the standard Neopet's posting rules, if you can.
• Please avoid posting visible spoilers on the message board about any anime. You can post spoilers in the following fashion:
  SPOILER WARNING
  [font c=firebrick s=3 f=arial]insert spoiler text here[/font]
  END SPOILER WARNING
  This way the spiler text will be the same colour as the background and if a person wants to read it, they can highlight it.
• Please avoid spamming the board. Replying to several topics in separate posts is fine. Holding conversations with yourself to boost post count is not. This may result in it taking you longer to get a promotion.
