She wears a small black t-shirt with black jeans along with a black jacket. She is barefoot and never, ever wore shoes. Her hair is shoulder length with crimson color and she wears a black bandana on her forehead. Part of her body is wrapped in bandages: Her right arm extending from the fingers to the elbow- her left shoulder that clearly leads from her chest and her stomach- both legs but her right from foot to knee and her left from foot to ankle.
Personality:
Due to strange experiences in her
childhood, she found that being alone
seemed to calm her nerves better. She is not very adeptly to fixed
environments, and tends to become angry when surrounded by people in a
large area. She is often persistant and stubborn, which causes her to
be quite annoying to some people, but her determination occasionally
makes her get what she wants to know.
Taki doesnt parcipicate with events around areas with large crowds, and
often acts like a smart-ass when socializing with people.
History:
Born and
raised in the country somewhere in Japan, she lived with her mother,
Onomi, and her younger sister, Suki. Their home was like a little
cottage out in the country feilds, but she loved it more than anything,
and always will call it home. Her father died within a few days after
her birth so she never knew him, only by stories her mother tells her.
Suki was an adopted child and only 6 years old, but is very fond of
Taki. With her father's early death, a chinese sword was passed down to
her after many generations in his family.
Taki's magical abilities soon developed as she turned 10, and they
discovered she had the ability to generate wind, fire, and water, and
the ability to move at great speed. With her new Chinese sword, she has the ability to summon it anywhere at will. Even after 6 years of training with
these newfound powers, there were still some glitches in them, and
sometimes she has a hard time controlling it, which may be linked to
her emotions. She is very fond of martial arts and have been taking it
up since she was only 6 years old, after the incident in her area which
involved the attack on her family. Since Suki was not part of the
bloodline in this family, she had no magical powers or whatsover, but
Taki secretly taught her the basics, which allowed her to focus on her
inner spirits and maybe release something suprising, but all Suki was
able to do was hover for a short amount of time in the air.
Her mother grew very ill a while after Taki turned 16 and was a danger
to the herself. She was not able to take care of herself or anyone
else, which brought more burden upon Taki and her little sister.
"Taki Ino Himaru.. come here, I want to tell you something.." her mother gestured her over one night while she was in her room.
"Yes mother?"
"I want to give you something as well.. " With that, she took out a small chest from under her bed and handed it to her. "Take care of Suki, please.. And use this in case of emergency... I love you.." Those
were her last words as she slowly closed her eyes, her arm limping to
the side... Her illness took over, and took her life.
"Mother!" cried Taki as she fell by her side, "Please.. don't go!"
"Whats going on..?" Suki came in at the exact moment and stood still at the doorway, gazing over at her mother.. "No.. " she whimpered softly and suddenly sprinted toward the bed.
Taki hugged her little sister close in her arms and lowered her head,
suddenly remembering the chest her mother just gave her. Still holding
her sister, who was still bursting in tears, she reached for the chest
and slowly opened it. Inside was a golden medallion that had an angel
engraved on the surface. It was marvously beautiful. It gleamed in the
lights and shone in her eyes, she couldn't believe it, after all this
time she had it, how come she never showed her? Yet this medallion
served a purpose..
Without thinking, she closed the chest and stood up, looking back at Suki, "Come, lets go." They
packed at full speed after calling their grandmother to help take care
of the mother's body and left with a single farewell. "Where are we going?" questioned Suki. Taki sighed softly and didn't reply until after a few hours later when they reached the city. "I'm gonna have to leave you with our cousin, don't worry, she is really nice.. There is something I have to do." After
a few farewells, she finally took out for the night with her bag all
packed with clothes and food, now heading for the forest.
The medallion her mother gave her made her have the ability to
transform into an angel at will, wearing the medallion. Not just any
angel, but a unique one, a warrior angel with incredible abilities than
anyone. Along with the medallion in the chest was a note written to her
by her mother:
Dear Taki,
Please
take this note in consideration, and I am very sorry to say that I
might not live as long as expected. I will still love you guys forever
and I am always watching over you, everywhere you go. My dear daughter,
I must ask you for a favor. After you receive this, take your sister to
your cousins house, the one in the city not so far ahead. I would like
you to take a journey in the forest on the west side of the city and
continue straight ahead until you reach the silver lake. This might
take a long journey, but I would love it if you choose to do so. This
area will help you focus more on your powers as well as everything
else, including the medallion. Because of who you are, drinking water
from this silver lake will help increase your strength. Please be
careful around the area. It is known to be the home of many theives and
warriors, and strange creatures far dangerous than anything I have ever
told you about. Thanks for this and I would love to watch you grow up
as a warrior, and I know you do too. I love you daughter, tell Suki
everything will be alright and I will always protect her, and you as
well.
