General White is the weakling that sits atop Muscle Tower, which is somewhere
cold. His best attack is the "Put-A-Gun In Da Pants And Shoot You In
The Back Of The Head Attack." Which on succeed in pissing off Android
8 and the resulting hit that sent him flying over a mountain. He was never
seen again, and Goku survived (don't ask me how) the shot to the back of the
head.
