Mercenary Tao
A merciless killer. He is said to be the greatest assassin on the planet,
he killed General Blue with his tongue. He then tried to kill Goku.
In the first fight he won and but only left Goku wounded. Goku got back
and climbed Kurin's Tower to get some water (I forget what its called) to make
him stronger. He succeeded but it was only regular tap water. He
then went back down to beat Tao which he did. But Tao was tricky and ran
up Kurin's Tower where he to drank the water. He came back down and
lost to Goku... again. In the end he was what seemed to be killed by a grenade
that was kicked up by Goku after he threw it at Goku. He does make an appearance
in Dragonball Z, so it is apparent that he survived and was only blinded by the
grenade.
