Colonel Silver
This has to be one of my favorite characters in Dragonball, but he is beat by
Goku (as shown here with out Goku, its why his stomach looks weird.) He
was then kicked out of the Red Ribbon Army for losing to a kid. He did put
up a fight though and was able to destroy the Nimbus cloud, or so he though, but
that's another story. Anyway, in short, he lost to Goku, got kicked out of
the army, and was never seen again.
