Supreme Commander Red
The merciless, calculating leader of the Red Ribbon Army... is very short.
In fact he's so short, and feels insulted by it so much, he wants the
Dragonballs so he may wish to be as tall as a mountain. Anyway, he seems
like he knows what he's doing, at least more than Pilaf, but still fails because
of Goku. In the end he was killed by Staff Officer Black when he learned
of the wish the Commander wanted to make.
