Pilaf is the main villain in the being of the Dragonball series.  He is surrounded by his bumbling henchmen, Mia and Shu.  He is incompetent and a complete nitwit.  It is funny to watch him though.  The stupidity of all three of them play on each other.  He aspires to become the ruler of the world, and he would if it wasn't for Goku and friends.
