Chiaotzu
I have no idea why this guy is even in the series. He is incredibly weak,
and is even out matched by Krillian. He is the training partner of Tien
and commands an incredible (the only thing incredible thing about him if you ask
me) psychic power. He was the student of the Crane Master but defected
with Tien. He has one hair on his head, so he calls Krillin baldy and also
resorts to calling Krillin shorty. But he turns out to be good, but is
still weak.
