Bulma
Bulma is the smartest person in the show. (Except for maybe that little
kid who made a Dragonradar without touching it). She has good in tentions
but some times her tempore gets in the way. She meet Goku when she hit him
with a car, that is where the adventure began. She made the
Dragonradar and clams to be an expert Dragonball hunter.
