General Blue
Yeah, I know its a big picture but I liked it so here it is. Anyway
General Blue is one of the Red Ribbons Army... generals (imagine that). He
was on of the trickiest most persistent character in the whole show. He
has amazing mental powers that can stop a foe dead in there tracks. When
he was first introduced he attempted to mug Goku and crew, which like everyone
else he failed at, and got a royal beating from Goku. An underwater cave
then collapsed on his head, some how he survived that and pursued Goku to
Master Roshi's house. There he set a time bomb (fool) to kill Goku after
he stole the Dragonballs. He then ran off, Goku broke free, and they ended
up on an very weird place called Penguin Village. There he was beat by a
little girl name Arale, and sent flying. He landed in Egypt with the
Dragonradar and eventually made his way back to the Red Ribbon Army's
headquarters. He was forced to leave the army, but was given a chance to
save himself. He had to beat up Mercenary Tao, which he lost. He was
killed by Mercenary Tao's tongue to his temple.
