Staff Officer Black
Staff Officer Black is the one that trained the Red Ribbon Army's
soldiers. He is a very tall man, which makes Supreme Commander Red fell
even shorter. In the end he ends up killing Red because of what he wants
with the Dragonballs. He then sets out to kill Goku and collect the
Dragonballs. Of course he fails when he tried to kill Goku and ends up
dying in a robot because he couldn't escape the exploding robot.
