Mai
Servant of Pilaf, Mai and her teammate Shu attempt to help Pilaf conquer the Earth. Like the others, she depends mostly on machines to help her because she has hardly any strength.
Majin Buu
Also known as True Buu or Kid Buu, this original form of Majin Buu is perhaps the toughest one. This is the form created by Bibidi. Majin Buu has several forms that possess their own personalities and each fights with a different style. During his fight with the Kaioshins, Buu absorbs South Kaioshin changing forms, and doesn't go back to his true form until the end of the Buu Saga. With no remorse or feelings, this pure evil form of Buu is the most dangerous of all the Buu's. [See also: Fat Buu, Super Buu, Evil Buu]
Mariko
Fighter from the West Galaxy, Mariko makes it to the finals of the Afterlife Budoukai and faces off against Goku. Mariko tries to throw a comet at Goku, but Goku eventually throws Mariko out of the arena by his tail.
Maron
Kuririn's first girlfriend, Maron is very ditsy and uncommitted. She's very out-spoken and often calls Chichi and Buruma 'old ladies' which makes them want to kill her. Thinking that Kuririn wouldn't marry her, she takes off with another guy. During the Android Saga, she shows up at Kame House looking for Kuririn saying that he was the only guy she ever loved. After a while she gets bored and takes off with her boyfriends to never be seen again.
Marron
Kuririn and #18's daughter, Marron is born without a nose like her father, but has one in Dragon Ball GT. She is born late in the DBZ series, and doesn't play a very large role in GT either.
Mrs. Briefs
Mother of Buruma and wife to Dr. Briefs, Mrs. Briefs plays a very small role in the three series. She is very ditsy and often does stupid things like overpouring the tea while talking. Buruma gets her good looks from her mother who looks surprisingly young.
Medametcha
This very strange frog-looking henchmen of Slug has the special ability to create clones of himself. However, he contains hardly any strength and is taken out by Goku quite easily.
Mezu
Red demon of HFIL, Mezu wanted to play with Goku but lost to a game of paper, rock, scissors with Gozu. After a while, Mezu whined that Gozu was having all the fun, so they switched. He promised to show Goku a way out of HFIL if he beat him in a race. After tricking him, Goku won the race and Mezu was forced to show him the way out.
Mighty Mask
Competing in the 24th and 25th Tenkaichi Budoukais, Mighty Mask wasn't very strong. In the Twenty-fifth, Trunks and Goten knock him out and steal his costume so they could compete against the adults. [Note: the picture is of Trunks and Goten after stealing the costume]
Migoren
Migoren was a dog-like alien from the North Galaxy. He is 7,000 years old and fought against evil aliens during his time. He trains on Dai Kaio's planet, hoping to reach his time to train with Dai Kaio.
Minosha
Tapion's younger brother. Together, he and his brother seal the two halves of Hiredugarn within themselves and were then sealed into two seperate oracles. When freed, the half of Hiredugarn that was sealed inside him escaped. In an attempt to battle it, Minosha is killed.
Mr. Popo
Kami's asst. and friend, Popo doesn't look like much but is actually a fast fighter. He helps train Goku and flies around on a carpet.
Mr. Satan/Hercule
The supposed strongest man on Earth, Satan takes credit for battles that he doesn't actually fight in. However, he proves that he truly is the worlds champion several times in the series. Making friends with Fat Buu, Satan convinces him that hurting people is bad. He also talks the people of the Earth to lend Goku their energy when they were hesitent. Satan's daughter Videl becomes good friends with Gohan and they eventually marry.
Muten Roshi
Roshi trained Goku and Kuririn in their younger days. He is always being outdone by Goku but doesn't get angry. For instance, it took him a long time to master the Kame Hame Ha, and it only took Goku 1 try. Roshi plays large roles in all three series and is a large pervert.
Muuri
An elder of a village on old Nameksei, Muuri was killed by Dodoria while defending his village. He is resurected by the Dragon and is made the Senior Elder of New Nameksei. He powers up his dragonballs and makes his dragon very strong.
