Fat Buu/Mr. Buu
After Majin Buu absorbed Dai Kaioshin, his form changed to resemble the fat god. This form of Buu is probably the weakest, yet is still stronger than almost all the Z warriors. After becoming friends with Mr. Satan, Fat Buu splits away from his evil side, and is eventually absorbed into it creating Super Buu.


Frieza/Freezer
As the strongest being in the universe during his time, Frieza is solely responsible for the destruction of Planet Vegeta along with almost all of the Saiya-jin race. After he hears about the dragonballs, he travels to Planet Namek in order to wish for imortality. He has several forms in order to conserve energy, and rarely uses his true form. After a long battle, he is defeated, but not killed, by Goku. His father finds him, nearly dead, floating near the remains of Planet Namek and takes him back to his planet in order to save him. After being restored with robotic parts, Frieza and his father travel to earth to exact revenge on the Saiya-jin that beat him. They are both killed by Trunks.



Frog
A fighter from the South Galaxy, Frog fights against Mariko in the semi-finals of the Afterlife Budoukai. After realizing that he couldn't match Mariko strength-wise, he tries to expand his body to the point of pushing Mariko out of the arena. Refusing to lose, Mariko picks up Frog and throws him into a nearby comet, causing him to deflate and fall out of the ring.
