East Kaio
The only female Kaio, East Kaio loves to jet bike race. In order to compete in the Afterlife Budoukai, Goku had to race and beat her. Several of her students participate in the tournament, but don't do very well.
East Kaioshin
One of the higher gods of the universe, East Kaioshin kills Bibi-Dee after Ma-jin Buu is sealed away. Hundreds of years later, He and Kibit travel to earth to stop Bibi-Dee's son, Babi-Dee, from resurrecting Ma-jin Buu. He fuses with Kibit on planet KaioShin Kai to demonstrate to Goku the power of the Potara.
Ebifurya
One of the bio-warriors created by Dr. Wheelo and Dr. Kochin. His special attack is a freeze blast which can immobilize opponents. He originally freezes Goku, but the Saiya-jin breaks out of it using his Kaio-Ken technique. He is killed by Goku.
Eliza
One of the students at Gohan's high school, Eliza has a crush on Gohan and asks him to sit by her in class.
Emperor Pilaf
Emperor Pilaf believed that he was destined to rule the world. He uses money to search for the dragon balls and although he comes quite close, he never quite succeeds.
