Dabura
Overlord of the underworld, Dabura travels to Earth with Babi-Dee, who had him under his control, to resurrect Majin Buu. He had a special technique that turned whoever touched his spit into stone. He was turned into chocolate and eaten by Fat Buu.
Dai Kaio
Supposedly the afterlife's strongest warrior, Dai Kaio is the top Kaio. He runs the afterlife tournament and promises to personally train the winner. After Goku wins the tournament, Dai Kaio backs out of his promise because he feared that the Saiya-jin would show him up.
Dai Kaioshin
God of all Kaioshins, Dai Kaioshin was a fat, kind god. He is absorbed by Buu in the original fight with the Kaioshins, and because Dai was so weak, Buu actually became weaker but a little more under control. Dai Kaioshin is never un-absorbed by Buu. [See also: Fat Buu]
Dende
Dende was rescued on Namek after his family is killed. He goes to live with the other surviving Nameks on the new Planet Namek, until the Cell saga when Goku transports to new Namek and the head Namek allows Dende to be Earth's new God.
Dodoria
Dodoria is Frieza's fat henchman and is killed by Vegeta on Planet Namek.
Doore
This green member of the Cooler Tokusentai is killed by Piccolo.
Dorodabo
This very weak gargoyle look-alike of Lord Slug's is trashed by Piccolo.
Dr. Briefs
Founder of the Capsule Corporation and father of Bulma, Dr. Briefs plays a small yet important role in the series. He builds several ships used by the Z warriors along with repairing Android 16.
Dr. Kochin
As Dr. Wheelo's asst., Kochin's job was to find the strongest man on Earth. He became too old and was replaced by a robot.
Dr. Myuu
Dr. Myuu is responsible for creating Bebi. After being killed by his creation (ironic isn't it?), he is sent to hell where he meets Dr. Gero. Together they create another Android 17, who goes to earth and merges with the original 17, creating Super 17.
Dr. Wheelo
Dr. Wheelo was an evil scientist that sought after world domination. His body became too old so he had his asst., Dr. Kochin, put his brain into a robotic structure. After that, he wanted to have his brain put into the strongest man alive. Seeking after Goku and capturing Muten Roshi, Wheelo is finally defeated by Goku.
