Catapy
Goku's opponent in the first round of the afterlife Budoukai, he tries to tickle Goku until he gives up although he has no real strength. Goku notes this, and makes Catopy mad enough to trap himself in a cacoon that he won't hatch out of for 1,200 years.
Cell
Cell is Dr. Gero's Jinzonigen #21 that he was unable to complete in his lifetime. Dr. Gero's super computer finishes the project in the future. He kills the Trunks of that timeline and steals his time machine. Cell heads into the past to fight Goku and the other Z sensai. He defeats everyone until Gohan transforms into Super Saiya-jin 2 and is destroyed.
Cell Junior
When Cell was trying to make Gohan mad, he creates smaller versions of himself to fight the other Z shensai, who are unable to defeat them. After transforming into Super Saiya-jin 2, Gohan defeats and destroys all 7 of them.
Chachai
Olive's first opponent in the afterlife Budoukai, Chachai is a short alien with incredible speed. After Chachai uses his split-form technique, Olive causes them all to crash into each other.
Chaozu
Deffinately the weakest ki-controlling Z warrior, Chaozu is a small emperor on earth; his origin is unknown. However, he and Tienshinhan are best friends and usually spar with each other. He was a formidable fighter in the first series, but his ki does not increase much when training so he is left way behind in the other 2 series.
ChiChi
ChiChi meets Goku in the first Dragonball series and asks him to marry her. Goku marries her because he thinks it is a type of food, but eventually finds a love in his heart for her. Together, Goku and ChiChi have 2 sons, Gohan and Goten. She is very worrisome and is usually upset about Gohan fighting.
Cooler
Frieza's brother, Cooler goes back to earth to avenge the death of his brother. He has one more transformation than Frieza and is much more powerful.
Cui
One of Frieza's henchman, Cui was originally stronger than Vegeta. However, after Vegeta's defeat on earth and healing, he outmatches Cui and kills him
