Baba/Uranai Baba
Muten Roshi's sister, Baba is a gifted fortune teller. She is also gifted with the talent of being able to transport from real life to the after life which aids Goku and Vegeta much in the Buu Saga.
Burter/Baata
The largest member of the Ginyu Tokusentai, Baata believes that he is the fastest being in the universe. Usually teaming up with Jeice to do techniques (Anime only), he is humbled when neither him nor his team mate Jeice are able to put a hand on Goku and are easily defeated. His origin is unknown, but Ginyu states that him and Jeice are mutants, so it is assumed that Baata is one also.
Babidi
Son of the most powerful magician of his day, Babidi is a short, old looking sorceror. His mission on earth is to resurect Majin Buu. After stealing Gohan's energy and using Goku and Vegeta's, he finally succeeds. However, Buu tires of him quickly and kills him.
Bardock
Bardock is the father of both Goku and Radditz. While on the planet Kanassa, Bardock acquired the ability to foresee the future. He sees the destruction of Planet Vegeta along with his son Goku's future. Bardock attempts to fight Frieza to save his son and home world, but unfortunately he was no match for Frieza and was destroyed along with planet Vegeta. His last words to Goku were to kill Frieza so that he would die by a Saiyan's hands.
Bebi
Made from the DNA of the Tsufuru-jin king, Bebi was the last Tsufuru-jin. His only goal is to kill all Saiya-jin's to avenge the extenction of his race. He takes over people by entering into a wound or other body opening. He comes to earth while Goku and the others are searching for the dragon balls. When they return, all of humanity - except Mr. Buu and Mr. Satan - is under Bebi's control.
Bee/Biru
Mr. Satan's dog, Biru was brought to Mr. Satan by Buu. Buu doesn't know why the dog wouldn't run away from him. When he learns that Bee's leg is broken, he heals it. The dog then becomes fond of Buu and Mr. Satan.
Bibidi
Creator of the demon Majin Buu, and father of Bibi-Dee, he was killed by the KaioShin because of his sorcery. Before he died, he was forced to seal up Buu because he could no longer controll him.
Bido
Bido is the strongest of Bojack's henchman. He manages to put up a pretty good fight until Gohan transforms into Super Saiyan 2. He dies when Gohan punches him in half.
Bio Warriors
Created by Jaga Bada, the Bio Warriors would have easily defeated Mr. Satan if Goten, Trunks, and #18 hadn't shown up.
Bojack
Bojack is an incredibly strong warrior who was sealed inside a star by the Kaios. After Goku destroyed Kaiosama's planet, Bojack was released and takes over the Tenkaichi Budoukai. He defeats Trunks, Vegeta, and Piccolo with ease. However, he and his team are easily defeated when Goku helps Gohan become Super Saiyan 2.
Bora
Bora is the protector of Karin Tower. When attacked by Tao Pai Pai, he is killed but is later restored by the dragon balls. He gives Goku his energy during the Buu Saga.
Bra
Vegeta and Bulma's second child. She plays the biggest role in DBGT...SHE MAKES VEGETA SHAVE HIS MUSTACHE.
Brolly
Supposedly the legendary Super Saiya-jin, Burori was born with a power level of 10,000. He develops a hatred towards Goku when they are babies, and carries this hatred with him years later. He is thought to be killed in movie 8, but survives and makes another appearance in movie 10 and is killed. He is cloned in movie 11 and is destroyed again.
Bubbles
Bubbles was Kaiosama's small monkey friend that provided the first step of Kaio's training. The trainee would chase Bubbles around trying to catch him to gain speed. It took Goku 2 weeks to catch Bubbles.
Bujin
Bujin was the most psychically powerful of Bojack's men. He is easily killed after Gohan transforms into Super Saiyan 2.
Bun
The leader of the stealth ship that Kuririn, Bulma and Gohan accidently board. Bun's parents were killed by Frieza right in front of him
