King Gurumesu
King Gurumesu is the main villain in Dragonball Movie #1. He wants Blood Rubies, and finds out that they lie in his land, so he sends his whole army out to look for them. While they are gone, the king gets a terrible craving for food, and turns into a purple beast because of this. He gathers 5 of the 7 dragonballs and wants to wish for food. I don't know why, but Goku stops his from doing this, and later on, the king realizes apples satisfy his cravings.
Krillen
Krillen is by far the strongest Human on earth, with Ki ablities. He was once Goku's rival when they were young, but they later became best friends. Krillen is a buddist monk who shaves his head, but later on Android 18, his wife, tells him to grow some hair. Krillen is willing to sacrifice his life for Earth, and whenever possible he is at Goku's side.
Launch
Launch has two personallities that switch back and forth when she sneezes. One is a loving girl that takes care of everything, the other is a haterd filled girl with a machine gun and blonde hair that kills everythng.
Lucifer
Lucifer is a Vampire-Demon, who hates the sun and wants to get rid of it by destorying it, and taking over the world with his other demons. Lucifer makes his cameo in Dragonball Movie #2 as the main villian. Lucifer planned to use a huge laser powered by the moon's light to destory the sun, fortuanlty Goku shoots a Kamehameha at the laser right when he's about to destory the sun, the laser turns around and blasts himself, and he dies. Well that kind of ruins his plans to take over the world...
Mai
Mai is a close servent to Emperor Pilaf, she could easily kill him, but he has a huge army of robots and technolodgy to keep her from doing that. She serves him well, except when he makes stupid demands.
Metalic
Metalic is like the Terminator, he's a giant killing machine, that guards Muscle Tower, once his batteries run out Goku beats him easily.
Master Roshi
Master Roshi is a master of the martial arts. He devolped the famous Kamehameha techinique, which Goku and Krillen master. Master Roshi is a pervert, he is very much into women and other kinds of magazines...
Nammu
Nammu is a very strong fighter who came to the 21st World Tournement to win the prize money so he could by water for his starving people, but Goku beats him in the Semi-Finals. At the end, Master Roshi gives Nammu a capsule of water to take back to his people.
Ninja Murasaki
Ninja Murasaki is known as the Messenger of Death. He moves very quickly among the shadows and strikes his opponent when he does not even know where he is. Not many people have seen him, and lived to tell the story... The ninja guards the third floor of Muscle Tower.
Oolong
Oolong has the ability to change into anything he wishes, for five minutes. But he cannot fight because he does not acuire that thing he changes into. In fights Oolong really doesn't help, he's basicly a coward. He's also a quite a pervert, always trying to get a peek at women, especially Bulma.
Ox-King
Gyuu Mao or Ox-King, is Chi-Chi's father, and Goku's father in-law. Gyuu Mao knows grandpa Gohan because they trained under the same master, Master Roshi.
Piccolo Daimoa
When Kami looks to become Earth's next God, he has to purge himself of all evil. Through a great personal battle, the Namek splits into two creatures: one good, one evil. The evil half becomes Piccolo-Daimao, a power-hungry being who craves destruction. Sharing Kami's life-force, he is unable to kill his twin without erasing his own existance. Piccolo-Daimao becomes Goku's primary adversary after the Red Ribbon Army is wiped out. When he is defeated, the evil creature coughs up a single egg, passing his life essence (and spiritual bonds) to it.
Puar
Puar is Yamcha's little cat companion. She is also a shape shifter like Oolong, they both went to the same Shape Shifting school when they were younger.
Shenron
Shenron is the Eternal Dragon on Earth, he was made by Kami. He is summoned many times throughout the Dragon Ball series. Shenron is the dragon responsible for granting many pivotal wishes in the series, including: Oolong's wish for women's panties; restoration of Piccolo-Daimao's full power; revival of Goku for the fight with Vegita and Nappa; Buruma's wish to revive the people killed by Majin Vegita; and the revival of Bora. Shenron splits into 7 evil dragons in the Evil Shenron Saga. He fuses with Goku at the end of GT, giving him supreme powers.
Shu
Shu is one of Pilafs main men, he cannot do anything right, but for some reason Pilaf has never fired him. Shu is more of a comic relief, he's very full of himself, but when he has to do something, he becomes a coward.
Tien
Tien was originally a disciple of Tsurusennin, a rival of Master Roshi, training to become an assassin like Tsurusennin's brother, Tao Paipai. He made the scene in the 22nd Budokai and seemed to be an especially arrogant character who thought he would win the competition without a doubt. After meeting Goku, however, that all changed.
Tsurusennin
Tsurusennin was Tien and Chazu's teacher. He was the brother of Tao Pie Pie and a rival of Master Roshi. Tien and Chazou quit after realizing how bad of a person Tsurusennin was. Later on he dies from a Kamehameha blast from Master Roshi.
Uranai Baba
Baba is Master Roshi's Sister, she is immortal, and has the ability to travel to the realm of the dead and back to the living world. She has a crystal ball that allows her to see what is going on around the world, but if power levels get to high like in the cell saga, the ball gets disconnected, and goes out.
Yajirobe
Yajirobe is the fat, cowardly swordsman who hangs around Korin Tower. His most important contributions were cutting off Vegeta's tail and giving senzu beans to our heroes when they were down.
Yamcha
Yamcha is one of the original characters from DragonBall. Originally, he suffered from an inability to speak with women because of how shy he was, so he wanted to summon Shenron to wish for his fear of women to end. When Yamcha met Bulma, it was love at first sight, and they remained a couple for many years. In the end however, Bulma ended up with Vegeta.
