Akkuman
Akkuman resembles the devil a lot, but he is actually Uranai Baba's fourth fighter in the World Fighting Tounement. Akkuman could have easily killed Goku with a ability he had, but for it to work, the enemy had to have at least a little bit of evil within themselves, but Goku had none, so his attack did not work, and Goku won.
Agent Black
Agent Black is the second in command of the Red Ribbon Army and the most trusted advisor for Commander Red. His name and presence strikes fear into the hearts of the people who work for him. Agent Black is very loyal to Commander Red, but once he finds out Red's true intentions, he kills him.
Andriod #8
Android #8 was supposed to be the Red Ribbon Army's most powerful weapon, and to kill opponents. Although thought to be cruel and powerful, Andriod #8 hates killing, and fighting. So later on he quits and joins his former enemy, Goku, and they become friends.
Bacterian
Bacterian was one of the finalists in the World Fighting Tournement, he did not get up there with strength or some kind of ki, but with his smelly body oder. Bacterian had not taken a bath for years, he uses that as an upper hand over his opponents. Once his opponents smell him, they grab their nose, and he attacks.
Bora
In Dragonball, Bora possesed a Dragonball, so naturally he became a target of the Red Ribbon Army.Tao Pie Pie then comes to Bora to take the Dragonball, he fights them for a while, but then Tao Pie Pie impales Bora with a spear, ending his life. But later on Gokua wishes him back to life. In the Buu saga, like Android 8, he donates energy for the Genki-Dama, or spirt bomb.
Bulma Briefs
Many agree with this statement, and its that Dragonball, Dragonball Z, and GT would not have happened without this young, and determined teenager. If she and Goku never went on that jouney, Goku would have just grown fat from eating so much food and never live a real life. Bulma is the daughter of Mr. Briefs, which you see later, and she falls in love with Yamcha in Dragonball, but later in the DBZ series, they break up.
Chaozu
Chaozu is the weakest Z Warrior there is, but he is talented in the areas of Telepathy, he can send messeges short and long distances. Small and pale, he and Tienshinhan are the best of friends, they call each other brothers. He is a formidable warrior in Dragonball, but his powerlevel cannot increase much therefore his role in the series slowly decreases.
Chi-Chi
Chi-Chi is the daughter the the great Ox-King. She is also the wife of Goku, and the mother to Goten and Gohan. Chi-Chi is short tempered and worries all the time. She is very picky about Gohans studies, but it seems she doesn't care about Goten as much... She is very controlling, and even though Goku is the strongest in the universe, his wife still controls him.
Commander Red
Commander Red was the original leader of the Red Ribbon Army, he wanted the Dragonballs for himself though. Once Agent Black learned this he killed Commander Red and then took over the Red Ribbon Army himself.
Cymbol
Cymbol is a creature made by Piccolo Daimio, he was made to get the Dragonballs, but runs into Goku and Yajirobe, and is killed at eaten by Yajirobe.
Mr. Briefs
Dr. Briefs is the CEO of Capsule Corporation, and the founder too. He is the husband of Mrs. Briefs, and Grandfather to Trunks and Bra, and is also the Father in law to Vegeta and father of Bulma. He always has his little cat by his side for some reason, Dr. Briefs plays little role in any series, but servers as a comic relief at many times in every series.
Dracula Man
He is Baba or Uranai Baba's first fighter. He has the ability to turn into a bat. In the World Figting Tournement, he is matched up against Krillen, and ends up defeting him, next he fights Purar and Upa, who trick him and win.
Emporer Pilaf
Emporer Pilaf is a greedy little childish creature, all he does is wants to rule the world, and be immortal. Although he does come very close on many occaisions, Pilaf never is able to get his wish granted to become ruler of the Earth, instead he wished for Goku to become a child once again.
General Blue
He is the pretty boy in the Red Ribbon Army and is held in high regard. He is one of the strongest in the RR Army, he prefers hand to hand combat rather than using his weapons or troops that are at his disposal. But he is killed by Tao Pie Pie's tougne.
General White
General White was appointed to find one of the seven dragonballs. To cover more land and to find it faster, he goes to a near by village and holds thier cheif hostage, so they will help find them and to ensure when they find it they will not conceal it and give it to him. The chief is held in Muscle Tower.
Goku
Goku is the Son of Bardock and brother of Radditz, he was sent to Earth as a baby to prepare it to be taken over. He could easily handle the job, but he hits his head and forgets his orders. After that Goku becomes a friendly boy who fights on the side of good. He's not too intelligent, but a natural when it comes to the martial arts and manipulating his Ki. Goku as the most ablilities in the series, except Cell has a couple more. He marries Chi-Chi, and together they have two sons, Gohan and Goten.
Grandpa Gohan
Grandpa Gohan is the foster father of Goku, he adopts Goku after seeing him in a Saiyan Pod. Grandpa Gohan has some fighting skills but not much. Baba brings him back for one day, so he can see Son Gohan and Goku.
Hasky
Hasky used to be a theif, until the Red Ribbon Army employed her, to steal Goku's dragonball, and to kill him.
Invisble Man
Invisble man is the second fighter of Uranai Baba, and he was matched up against Yamcha. Since he is invisble, Yamcha was getting beatup badly. Krillin then got Bulma and Roshi to stand in certain spots and he then pulled Bulma's top off. Since Roshi gets a bloody nose everytime he sees nudity, his blood covered the Invisible Man and allowed Yamcha to see him.
Jackie Chun
Jackie Chun is Master Roshi's alter ego, he takes off his glasses, and puts on a crazy disguise, so he can beat Goku and Krillen in the World Fighting Tournement, so that his two students will see there is still much to learn, and so they will not become concieted and cocky. Yamcha points out Chun is really Roshi, but no one believes him, after Roshi gives Namu the water, Namu wants to repay him, so he dresses up and acts like Master Roshi in the crowd, after that Yamcha knows Chun is not Roshi.
