Im RedEyesBlackDragon, Webmaster of Anime-Quarters. The
Site is going to be updated as soon as Possible. Im
hoping to hire staff and get a proper news script if the
hoster uses PHP. Otherwise I will have to use it like
this and then staff will have to ask me what they want
