Belldandy is the first of the Relief Goddess Office goddess that we are introduced to. She is simply beautiful, with golden/light brown hair (she used to have light blue hair in the earlier manga series.) and triangular markings underneath her blue eyes. Her forehead bears one of the characteristic goddess marks that look sort of like a long diamond. She uses mirror as her link between earth and Heaven.
This should be her physical age according to the Manga and Fujishima sensei's statement in 1993 Newtype interview. If she was 21 when Keiichi was a freshman in College, then she should be 25 (or something close) now, since Keiichi is on his fifth year in college. For the OVA, of course, she is still 21.
Well, friend, I'm glad you asked... Basically, it means that Belldandy is a VERY powerful Goddess, and has about unlimited power at her disposal. In fact, she has to wear a limiter earring that limits her powers, so that she doesn't use too much at once. As one page put it, "Without her earring, Belldandy would have enough power to destroy Tokyo in the blink of an eye, and put it back like it was in the next blink.". So I'm sure that gives you an idea as to her powers.
As far as what the terms themselves mean. Well, Grade is dealing with the overall quality and power of her powers. The lower the Grade, the better. Skuld and Urd both have Grades of two, compared to Belldandy's Grade of one. The Class is referring to the jobs that the Goddess' have. Belldandy has a Class One job, which was giving wishes to people that deserved them. Both Urd and Skuld had jobs working on the Yggdrasil system in heaven, Class Two jobs. The Liscense is how much power and precision the Goddess' have when using their powers. As you may have noticed in the OAV, Urd's magic and Skuld's mecha didn't always work as planned, but whenever Belldandy used a spell, it always worked.
Belldandy cannot get drunk from any alchoholic beverages no matter how much she drinks. However, there is one thing that will get her drunk, and that is cola. In Volume 15, she gets drunk, and starts to "help out" everyone she comes across. They all end up being happy, but Keiichi had more than his normal share of misfortune due to the Law of Conservation of Happiness.
Holy Bell is Belldandy's angel who belongs in the category "Wind". She made her initial appearance in volume 12, when Belldandy and Peorth engaged in "Megami 3 ban Shoubu", and had been making relatively frequent appearances ever since. From what I can see, she has lots of power at her disposal, and she also seems like a very sensitive angel.
In the beginning, she had purple hair and eyes, and the symbol on her forehead changed it's size whenever she was startled. Her eyes were eyes that had much rounder shape, and she, along with all the other characters, looked shorter than she does now. She then got blond/brown hair, along with slightly wider eyes. Also, her symbol doesn't change it's size anymore.
Her personality in the beginning was not exactly the shy person she is now. Rather, she was more emotional. On several occasions, Belldandy and Urd got into an arguments, and would attack each other with their powers. I think the appearance of Skuld contributed to the change in Belldandy's personality. Basically, Belldandy was a cross between the current Belldandy and Skuld. However, when Skuld appeared, she did all the fighting necessary with Urd. So naturally, Belldandy had to be a kind of person who would stop the fight, not start one. Also, the reason Skuld gave for her not respecting Urd gave an outline for the kind of person Belldandy had to be.
