The purpose of the alliances are to add an extra feature to the site. To join one, email me and I'll email the leader of the alliance you wish to join. To create one, send an email with a name for the alliance, a pic for the alliance page, and your requements for others to join (entry fee, weekly funding, power level). Once you gain at least one member, the alliance's funds will go up $20,000. If an alliance kills all of the members of another, each member of the dominant alliance gets $20,000 and a stat increase of 100 points. The alliance's funds also go up $30,000. The members of the dead alliance may be revived for free. They'll receive a 50 point stat increase and $5,000. The alliance's funds also go up $15,000. Members of the same alliance may battle, but no finishing moves may be used. You can't be in two alliances.
These are what battles are all about. To learn these you have to reach certain level/stats, and do training sessions. In battle, physical attacks/tansformations can be used at any time. Special attacks can't be used until the third turn. When using physical attacks, the power of the attaks is added to your strength. Attacks that use ki are more powerful, but you have a limited supply of ki. Transformatons are simple. You learn these at level up intervals of five. The first on raises your HP and stats by 250.After that, it doubles to +500 at level 10 and so on.
The bank is the place where you can borrow money. You will have to pay back! It costs $1,000 to join and you can't borrow anything until two days have passed. After borrowing, you have ten days to pay back until you are placed on the bounty list with a reward attached. You will remain there until destroyed by a bounty hunter (me). After being killed you will lose your membership card for two weeks and receive half of your next paycheck. This is a good way for you to buy a crucial item in a pinch.
This is for Bounty Hunters. People are sent here for three reasons. You are on for being an Outlaw (Don't worry, I myself don't destroy you just for being an Outlaw), owe the bank money fr ten or more days, or destroying a planet and not being an invader. When a bounty hunter kills a person on the list, they'll get the reward.
The only places you can die are in battle and in special tournaments. When you die, all of the dragonballs you have in your possession will go back to their original locations. You will go directly to Snake Way unless you were an Outlaw who detroyed a planet with people on it. You'll go to the HFIL. Once in HFIL, you only escape through revival. While dead, you can only search for the dragonballs on King Kai's planet and Grand Kai's planet. Training under King Kai can gain you the spirit bomb technique. The only way to get here and learn that move is through instant transmission. Later, I'm going to hold an "Other World" tourny on the Grand Kai's planet. To get to his planet, it takes a day's travel to get to his planet from Snake Way or King Kai's no matter what unless you know instant transmission. After learning the Kamehamha Wave from Master Roshi, the Grand Kai can teach you the Super Kamehameha Wave through training if you participated in the "Other World" tourny. You remain dead until you use a revival item or are wished back to life. After 10 days, you can choose to stay dead or come to life for free. No battling can be done by the dead, but sparring (even with the living) and training can be done.
There are seven dragonballs on every planet. You will need a scouter to find them. You may find one dragonball every six hours. You must be on that planet to find them. After all seven have been collected, wishes will be granted. If one person got them all, they'll get three wishes. If two people found them, whoever found more gets two wishes and the other gets one. If three people find them, each will get one wish. If four or more get them, nobody gets a wish. To prevent that, you may battle for them to the death. Lastly, there are the special Blackstar Balls. There are ten of these. They require a scouter as well as a Blackstar Pod to find them because they aren't on a planet. You must be traveling between planets to find them. They reward four wishes instead of three. To receive a dragonball, send me an email saying that you did and do 200 searches. Like in training--1 2 3 4...etc. Here are the wish choices.
1 wish gets you your choice of: $15,000, an item of $30,000 or less, or a stat increase of 50 points.
2 wishes gets you your choice of: $35,000, an item of $50,000 or less, a revival, or a stat increase of 125 points.
3 wishes gets you your choice of: $70,000, an item of $100,000 or less, or a stat increas of 200 points.
This is the way fusion will work. To fuse both of you must know a special move or you must have a particular item. When fused you add all stats as well as HP and Ki together. Subtract 25% from each of those and you get the new form. The moves didn't have to be known by both characters. Any item/ring had before hand can still be used. Send in a new finisher for the fused character. Both people must be alive and on the same planet for this to work. While fused the amount of time your fused depends on what you used to fuse. If you train or fight while fused, the fused character gets all the stat and exp. points. When you seperate each will get half the points earned while fused. Your items and rings will go back to the original owner. If the person you fused with had a move you didn't know, you won't know it after separating. You can't enter a tournament fused unless the tournament rules say otherwise. I might have an all fusion tournament later. You can, however, fight in "The Saga" fused. Like a regular fight, each of you will receive half credit.
Only scientists and ring makers can invent items. Scientists can only invent 15 items a week. Ring makers can invent 5 rings a week. I must approve the inventions you send in before putting them in a shop. For each item/ring you invent, you get money. Every invented item gains you $1,000 an every ring gets you $2,500. While battling, rings will be considered as an item. Most rings will have unlimited use. If anyone invents a ring that gives the user a special attack or power, the move will be added to the attack section.
Every time you gain so many experience points, your level goes up one. After getting to level two, the amount of exp. points you need goes to 150. After that it jumps another 50 to 200 and so on. Every level up will earn you 75 HP and Ki, as well as 50 points to all other stats. Also, learning a new move requires leveling up too. To train under a master to learn moves, you'll have to be at a certain level. Most importantly though, the more powerful your attacks and attack resistance. For every level higher than your opponent, 20 points will be added to your physical/special attacks. Also, 20 points will be taken off your enemy's attacks.
Everybody gets two jobs. Here are the jobs used on this site.
Scientist: This person is the only one who can own a shop and invent items. You will earn money each time you invent an item or sell something (I must approve the item). You will also be able to buy items from your shop at half price. This will only be available to the first three takers (excluding myself). If you don't buy a shop, your inventions will be for sale in the main shop and no profit will be made. You may only invent 15 items in a week.
Ring Maker: This person is the only one who can own a ring shop and invent rings. You will earn money each time you invent or sell a ring (I must approve the ring). You will also be able to buy rings from your shop for half price. This will only be available to the first three takers (excluding myself). If you don't buy a ring shop, your inventions will go into the main shop (with the other items) and no profit will be made. You can only invent 5 rings in a week.
Bounty Hunter: Upholder of the law whos sworn duty is to seek and eliminate anyone on the bounty list. If you succeed in doing so, you'll receive the reward being offered. You will also receive double the stat increase awarded for winning the battle. If you are defeated, you still get 1.5 times the stat increase awarded for losing. Sparring doesn't count because nobody actually dies. All bounty hunters start with a Bounty Blaster. You can't be a bounty hunter and an outlaw.
Outlaw: Opposers of the law who are always on the bounty list. If you defeat a bounty hunter you'll receive the reward set on you. You will also receive double the stat increase awarded for winning the battle. The reward depends on your level. If you are defeated, you still get 1.5 times the stat increase awarded for losing. You will go directly to the HFIL if you had a reward set on you for destroying a planet. Sparring doesn't count because nobody actually dies. All outlaws start with an Outlaw Stargun. You can't be an outlaw and a bounty hunter.
Planet Defender: This person is required to defeat any invaders attempting to invade the planet you own or are stationed on. If you stop the invader, you will receive a stat increase equal to the one given as a dragonball wish plus some money. The amount of money depends on the invader's level. You start out with a Defender's Staff and a planet (list the top three planets you want). You can't be a planet defender and an invader.
Invader: This is a person destined to invade and destroy planets for enjoyment. Whenever you want, you may send me an email informing me that you are going to invade a planet so I can let other members aware of what's happening. The planet must have at least two people on it. The planet defenders must be taken out first. For each one you kill, you'll receive money depending on how high their level is. After eliminating the others stationed on the planet as well as the owner (if there is one), you'll get a stat increase equal to the one given as a draonball wish plus some cash. The more people killed, the more money. You start out with a Planet Blaster. You can't be a invader and a planet defender.
Traveler: This is a person that's well experienced at planet hopping. You start out with the ever so helpful ability of Instant Transmission which usually is earned through several training sessions. It helps greatly in searching for dragonballs. You also will receive a scouter. Everytime you collect all seven dragonballs, you'll get some extra money on the side.
Everybody starts out on Earth. After buying a space pod, you'll be able to travel to different planets. Depending on how far the planet is from where you are and how many ly/h (light years per hour) your ship can go determines how long it will take to get there. Instant transmission allows you to travel anywhere in a second. Planet travel will become important later because some training can only be done on other planets and because of collecting dragonballs. To travel email me. Every Sunday, everyone will have to pay $100 to the owner of the planet you're on. You can buy a planet in the main shop if you want. You will become responsible for restoring it if it's destroyed and protecting it Here's a chart showing planet distances in light years.

Only scientists and ring makers can own these. Scientists store thei invented items/weapons in their item shop and ring makers store their invented rings in their ring shop. If anybody buys an item from any shop email me your purchase list, not the store owner.
This is the way sparring and battling will work. Two people must get together in the spar or battle rooms. You may also use instant messaging online if you prefer. You may battle twice a day and spar three times a day. Before starting I would suggest printing out the updated members page and attacks pages. It helps to know what every item does too. Make sure to state whether it's a spar or battle and who you are. Now it's time to fight.
The person with the higher speed goes first.(We'll call him Cell) Cell will begin his move. Cell can use an item (only two healing items per a fight), use a ring (only one healing w/ ring per fight), transform, use a physical attack, use a weapon attack that requires no ki, or give up. If he uses a physical attack, add the attack's power to Cell's strength. Then if Cell has a higher level, add 20 for each level higher than Goku's level. If Goku's level is higher, subtract 20 from the attack for each level higher than Cell. (This works for special attacks too.) Subtract Goku's defense from the sum. That amount will be taken off of Goku's HP. If Cell's speed doubles Goku's speed, he'll go again. After each player has had two moves, special attacks can b used. Say it's Cell's turn again. He uses a special attack. Goku may now counter with a special attack. Take the difference between the two attacks and take that much HP off the one with the weaker attack. Make sure to mark off the ki used for each attack. This continues until someone's HP hits zero. In a spar, it ends here and all HP/Ki are returned to what it was before it began. In a batlle, the HP/Ki stay removed. Say Goku's HP hit zero. Cell can let him go free with one HP or use his finisher to kill Goku. ::INCINERATE!:: and Goku will remain dead with half HP until revived. No matter what, both combatants get stat increases. When you are done copy and paste everything to me.
In a spar: Winner gets 35 exp. and 30 points to all stats. Loser gets 25 exp. and 20 points to all stats.
In a battle: Winner gets 50 exp. and 45 points to all stats. Loser gets 40 exp. and 35 points to all stats.
In a tournament, battle results apply.
Every once in a while, I'll introduce parts of "The Saga" from DBZ. The way it'll work is I'll announce that somebody will be attacking in advance. On the day the enemy arrives, everybody will be required to fight. You don't have to fight yourself, I'll use the same system I use to fill out tournaments. If you are dead the day the enemy arrives, you will be charged $5,000 to be revived to be revived unless you have a revival item or technique. After fighting, those who were forced to revive may go back to being dead if they want. I will probably start The Saga with Raditz. I'll post his stats and attacks, and give you some time to prepare. If you lose, you will die. Prizes and stat increases will vary.
Every once in a while I will hold a tournament. I have a system set up so that you can compete without you doing anything. Most of the tournaments will be free with no killing. Those are required for you to enter because it can't hurt you anyways. Some will cost money and losing will mean death. Those are optional and must be signed up for. Prizes will be higher in those. The "Other World" tournament must be entered to be eligble to learn the Super Kamehameha Wave from the Grand Kai through training.
Training is simple. You can train every three hours. Just send me an email saying you did 500 of something. Example: ::U.P. Cell does 500 push ups:: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10...11-495...496 497 498 499 500. You then get 25 exp. and 20 points to all stats. If you bought a training item, just say you want to use it. (Limit two items per training unless the items are part of a set.The set will count as one item.) It's free this way. Sometimes moves must be learned through traning under someone. That sometimes costs money. Otherwise it works the same as regular training except the stat increase will be more. If you do thismake sue to list the trainer you are under and what move you are trying to learn, if any.
There are two main types of weapons: powerpoles and swords. You may use Weapon Attacks when you get a weapon. You may buy more than one of each weapon, but only one may be used in battle. Some of the weapon attacks will use ki an will be treated as normal special attacks. The others work like physical attacks.
