The Namek Saga Episode 27: A New Goal...Namek! Vegeta leaves, promising to return and wipe out everyone. Goku wants to revive everyone killed by the Saiyans, but the Dragonballs are gone, along with Kami too. But Krillin remembers that the Saiyans said something about Dragonballs on Namek. So Mr. Popo and Bulma go to find Kami's spaceship and see if it works. Episode 28: Journey to Namek After repairing Kami's spaceship and making it space safe, Bulma, Krillin, and Gohan take off for Namek, while Goku recovers in the local hospital. For a while, it's a smooth ride, until they run into a mysterious ship, and are captured by the owners, refugees! Meanwhile, Vegeta returns to his base to recover. Episode 29: Friends or Foes? Bulma, Krillin and Gohan have been captured by a group of armed refugee who accuse them of being henchmen for Frieza, the evil being who destroyed their homes. Yet when Bulma, Krillin, and Gohan, help the refugees in a dangerous situation, the refugees allow them to continue on to Namek. Episode 30: Hunt For a Dragonball Bulma, Krillin, and Gohan reach what appears to be Namek, and start looking for the Dragonballs with the help of two native Nameks. On earth, Goku starts his training, even though he's not fully healed, and elsewhere Vegeta is recovering at one of Frieza's bases. Episode 31: Who's Who? Krillin, Bulma, and Gohan almost have all of the Dragonballs, when the two "Nameks" show their true colors, putting the travelers from earth in big trouble. Meanwhile, Vegeta, who has fully recovered, learns that Frieza has left for Namek in search of the Dragonballs, and quickly takes off for Namek as well. Episode 32: Touchdown on Namek Bulma, Krillin, and Gohan escape from the two aliens, and reach the real planet Namek. But their joy is short lived as they spot Vegeta's space pod, followed by another one. And that isn't even the worst of it, Frieza's already on Namek and is already looking for the Dragonballs. Episode 33: Face Off on Namek One of Frieza's thugs senses Gohan and Krillin's power, and sends a scouting party to investigate. The scouts break into the ship, but Gohan and Krillin easily beat them. Elsewhere, Vegeta is challenged by long time rival Cui, but Vegeta has increased his power level, and beats him easily. Episode 34: The Ruthless Frieza Krillin and Gohan sense Frieza's power as Frieza and his troops pass by, and realize he's great power. What's worse is that Frieza has all ready gathered four of the seven Dragonballs! Goku recovers by eating a Senzu bean, then when he learns of Gohan and Krillin's whereabouts, gets on a spaceship and heads toward Namek. Episode 35: The Nameks Versus Frieza Goku continues on to Namek, as Krillin and Gohan watch the Nameks try to defend their planet against Frieza's thugs. Frieza has four of the Dragonballs, and will stop at nothing to get the fifth! Episode 36: Escape From Dodoria Frieza's thugs continue causing damage and destruction in searhc of the Dragonballs, and in the process, threaten a Namek child. An enraged Krillin and Gohan rescue the child, only to be chased by Dodoria. Can they get away safely from Dodoria? Episode 37: Episode Name Currently Unknown As Dodoria returns to Frieza, he is stopped by Vegeta. Hoping to get away alive, Dodoria tells Vegeta the truth about his home planet of Vegeta in trade for his life. However, Vegeta kills Dodoria anyway and starts looking for Gohan and Krillin, but when he cannot find them, he goes off looking for the Dragonballs. Elsewhere, Gohan and Krillin find Bulma and learn that Goku will arive on Namek in several days. Episode 38: A Collision Course Goku ship breaks, and Goku struggles to fix it, trying to avoid becoming a barbecue! Meanwhile, Vegeta has beaten Frieza to the fith Dragonball and takes it for himself. Episode 39: Stay Away From Frieza Piccolo, Yamcha, Tien, and Chiaotuz finally reach King Kia's planet and begin there training. Far away on Namek, Frieza's thugs continue looking for the Dragonball, and Krillin, Gohan, and Bulma learn about the oldest Namek. Krillin goes out to find the last Dragonball, while Vegeta decides to have a little fun with one of Frieza's thugs named Zarbon. Episode 40: Zarbon Transformed Vegeta surprises Zarbon with his increased power, but Zarbon surprises him by transforming into a huge, powerfull monster! Zarbon then attacks Vegeta, and it looks like Vegeta has been destroyed! Episode 41: The Eldest Namek The child they helped to save, Dende, takes Krillin to the old Namek leader, and Krillin get the 7th Dragonball, and a special power up as well. Krillin now must prevent the last Dragonball from Frieza! Episode 42: Get Vegeta! Zarbon defeats Vegeta and returns to Frieza. Frieza becomes enraged, that Zarbon didn't bring Vegeta back, because Vegeta knows the location one of the Dragonballs is! Frieza orders Zarbon to go find Vegeta and bring him back. Zarbon goes, gets Vegeta and puts him in a recovery room. Episode 43: Vegeta Revived Vegeta heals from his battle with Zarbon, he then tricks Frieza and Zarbon, and escapes with the five Dragonballs Frieza collected! As Vegeta hides the Dragonballs he stole, he senses Krillin, and follows him. Little does Vegeta know, he's also being followed, by Zarbon! Episode 44: A Heavy Burden Goku is still on his way to Namek, training under heavy gravity, when his space ship runs into a magnetic storm. The gravity machine goes out of control, and is now crushing Goku with the most extreme gravity he's ever experienced. Will he survive? Episode 45: Immortality Denied Zarbon challenges Vegeta again, only this time, Vegeta's power has increased, and he crushes Zarbon easily. Now Vegeta, goes and threatens Bulma and Vegeta, forcing them to give him the 7 star Dragonball. All hope is on Gohan now, who is looking for the last Dragonball. Will Gohan find the last Dragonball before Vegeta? Episode 46: Big Trouble For Bulma Gohan returns with the last Dragonball, and Krillin takes him to see the Namek Elder. Unfortunately, the last Dragonball has rolled into a lake, so Bulma must use a capsule submarine to get it. But getting the Dragonball back is far from easy... Episode 47: Scramble For the Dragonballs Krillin and Gohan continue on to see the Namek elder, but haven't realized that Vegeta is following them! Worse yet, Freiza has called his special elite team, the Ginyu Force to Namek on a mission! Episode 48: Arrival Of The Ginyu Force Vegeta catches up with Gohan and Krillin, just as they reach the Namek elder. The Namek elder realizes that the Ginyu Force has landed, so Vegeta, Krillin, and Gohan make a truce to keep the Dragonballs safe. Elsewhere, Goku has finally conquered the intense gravity and is ready for battle! Episode 49: Elite Fighters Of The Universe...The Ginyu Force The Ginyu Force has arrived, and Vegeta, Gohan, and Krillin go to see where Vegeta hid his Dragonballs. However, the Ginyu Force appears when they reach the Dragonballs, and decide to have a little entertainment, by fighting Gohan and company! Episode 50: Time Tricks, and Body Binds First up is Guldo verse Krillin and Gohan. Guldo uses his time freeze technique to escape attacks, but the earthlings move to fast. Guldo then tries his body bind technique, and now neither Gohan nor Krillin can move an inch! Can they escape from Guldo's grasp? Episode 51: No Refuge From Recoome Next to fight is Vegeta verse Recoome. However Recoome is incredibly strong and too much for even Vegeta! Gohan and Krillin try to help Vegeta, but Recoome becomes angry and crushes Krillin. Now its up to Gohan to defeat Recoome! Episode 52: Enter Goku During the battle against the Ginyu Force, Freiza gets all the Dragonballs! But Frieza can't make his wish, he doesn't know the magic words to summon the Namek Dragon. Meanwhille, Gohan continues the fight against Recoome. It seems as if all is lost, when Goku finally arrives! Episode 53: Goku...A Super Saiyan? Goku easily takes out Recoome, so Jeice and Burter start attacking Goku, yet Goku doesn't seem worried in the least. Vegeta wonders if Goku has become a Super Saiyan. |
