About the author:
The visionary, the pioneer, the founder of the website, Spike conceived this site and kept it alive and kicking over the next five years. With enthusiastic support of many authors, Spike kept the VL going for so long with his own two hands.

A resident of Tasmania (by way of Australia), Spike first got into Vandread back in 2002 when he was conned into watching it. After seeing all of Second Stage in one sitting (pretty much the only way to see it),  Spike thought it was the greatest thing on Earth and felt inspired to create this website.

A librarian by day (no, really!) and an advocator of fanfiction by night, Spike also enjoys playing his PS2, hoarding mp3's, writing very long stories and wishing he could hang around Dita....
