It was spring in Crossroads. Birds were chirping, and flowers were blooming, giving out a sweet fragrence. And at 
Crossroads High, love was in the air... litterally.
Everyone had someone, except for the girls.
"Spring bites... I never met someone that we didn't break up the same day!" Mina whined.
"Ditto." Lita moaned.
"You guys are lucky, I haven't even had a boyfriend, so now I'm beginning to feal left out!" Amy stated, getting 
comfortable on a rock, underneath a tree, that was supplying them with shade.
"What about Greg?" Mina said, nudging Amy, who was sitting next to her.
Amy blushed a bright red.
"Haha! I thought so! Now you can't call yourself left out, can ya?" Mina cooed at Amy.
"Ooh! Mina, you have it all wrong! He was just a friend who had a slight crush on me! He wasn't my boy friend! I mean, I 
haven't seen the guy in three years!" Amy scowled.
"Well, actually, 2 years, 362 days, 5 hours, and 8 minutes." Greg corrected, standing behind Amy with a backpack swung 
over his shoulder.
Amy's face went white.
"Miss me Amy? Greg said, spreading his arms.
"AHH! Greg!" Amy screamed in fright.
"Woah, I didn't mean to scare you Amy." Greg said, stepping back from the girl.
 "*Gulp* What are you doing here?" Amy asked, regaining her stature.
"Ummm... Its nice to see you all, really." Greg said, trying to change the subject.
Amy grabbed his shirt, as he walked away.
"Why?" Amy asked.
"Well, uh..." He had a flash of brilliance. "We moved back because my dad got transferred, yeah.. thats it.. Oh, and he
says we're staying for good." Greg lied.
"Serena, Serena!" Rini panted, as she ran up to the girls and Greg.
"What, spore?" Serena asked.
"You forgot you lunch... again. And YOUR Mom got mad..." Rini paused. "Again." Rini said, rolling her eyes as she held out 
Serena's lunch.
Serena stuck out her tongue in defense. 
"Who's this, a friend of yours?" Greg asked.
"Huh? Oh, well, this is, well she's kind of my-" Serena paused and slumped down.
"She's Serena's future daughter!" The rest of the girls chorused.
Serena fell to the ground, she was shocked that the girls would actually give out that information. There was a long pause.
"So, your Rini huh? Nice to meet you, I'm a friend of Amy's." Greg said, kneeling down to Rini.
"Oh, so your the guy who Amy keeps yapping about at study buddy's huh? Nice to meet ya!" Rini said, shaking his hand.
Amy turned bright red.
"I-I only tell them about your good grades, and how if they study enough, they can get to the top too. Really, 
nothing else!" Amy said, glaring at Rini with a nasty look.
"Really? Thats not what we heard!" Mina protested with a chuckle.
"Yeah, she's always talking about how nice and cute you are..." Lita said. But the look she was recieving from 
Amy made her stop talking.
"Umm, or maybe I just heard wrong." She smiled, slightly afraid of her blue haired friend.
"Ok... So, Serena, you mean to tell me that she's your daughter?" Greg said, pointing at Rini.
"Hehe, umm, yeah, cute, ain't she?" Serena said, still in shock.
Rini, with a cute and innocent smile, looked up at Greg.
"Hehe, yeah..." Greg replied.
