FanFiction Advice

Here's some tips on what to do with your FanFiction.

1. Give detailed explenations of where they are, it helps set a picture in a readers mind.

2. Always read over your story, sometimes there may be a typo, and it will be the most vital word in the entire story, so if its greatly misspelled, then the reader will miss the entire point of the story.

3. Some people really don't see the point of reading there story over again, me being one of them. So what I do, is call a friend who also likes Sailor Moon, and read them the story, they get to hear your work, and it gives you a chance to read over your story for typos!

4. Check your spelling if possible. Readers appreciate it when spelling is correct, it gives the story more of a flow.

5. Capitilization is key, instead of writing "serena" write "Serena". It stands out more, and it gives greater respect to Naoko Takeuchi.

6. If you're going to end a chapter, end it with a cliff hanger. It hooks the readers too your story, and makes them wait with anxiety for your next chapter.

7. If you make up new charecters in the story, give them a personality. I've read stories on other sites, and when they make a new person, their personality isn't really shown.

8. Make your story realisitic. The more the Reader can relate your story, the more there going to enjoy it.

9. Always have a little bit of humor, drama, and romance in your story. It gives the story a more meaningful emphasis.

10. Be original with your stories, feel free to experiment. But don't go too crazy, remember, you still want it to seem realisitic.
