Tori's Stories
They were shooting through space, unsure of what they would find when they reached their destination. To each of them, it was getting more real by the second. None of them really believed Sailor Moon's dreams were legitimate at first, but now that they were about to find out for sure, it didn't seem so far fetched anymore. If being a Sailor Scout could be real, then this could be, too. Sailor Mercury opened her eyes and looked at the moon. "The moon is now approaching. Stay together!" she announced.

Sailor Moon, though she wouldn't admit it, was scared to death. After years of Ray's snide remarks, Serena had learned to keep her fear to herself. Looking over at Tuxedo Mask, Sailor Moon's heart stopped. She was getting a strange feeling of loss. 'This can't be good!' Serena thought. 'I'd better stay close to Tuxedo Mask, just in case.'

They landed safely, yet deep inside, the fear overcame their thoughts. Instead of going with the original plan and splitting up, they stayed together. The moon was cold, and very dark. Tuxedo Mask wrapped his cape around Sailor Moon and held her close, not only so much for her, but to help overcome his own fear. He knew he couldn't let her see him afraid. However, when Tuxedo Mask held Sailor Moon under his cape, she could feel him tremble slightly. She put her arms around his waist and they walked together along with the other scouts. Amy had her visor computer and her hand held computer out and scanning the surface.

"You'll never believe this!" said Sailor Mercury. "My computer is picking up the energy of human life forms." All of the scouts looked at each other. Then Sailor Venus said, "Could you be picking up our signal?" "No," replied Sailor Mercury. "This is other life forms, coming from the West. We should go there. Stay silent." They all followed Sailor Mercury. When they reached the area on the computer, Sailor Moon saw her nightmare come true. The only difference was that it wasn't her!

The scouts shut their eyes when the man was about to stab the woman tied to the steak. None of them could see the faces of the people from where they were standing. Tuxedo Mask pulled Sailor Moon's face into his chest to keep her from seeing the horrific sight, but she pushed away. 'I won't be like I was in my dream,' she thought. 'I have to help her!' Sailor Moon pushed away from the safe embrace of Tuxedo Mask and in mid run transformed into her moon princess form. (AN: If you don't know what that looks like, then why are you reading this?) She lit the silver crystal in front of her. "STOP RIGHT THERE!" Serenity shouted. She held the crystal like a weapon, and was ready to attack. However, she had to struggle to hold back from killing the man.

"Queen Serenity, you've come!" the woman whispered. "Who are you?" asked the man. Serenity squinted her eyes and saw that this wasn't a man, but a boy no older than ten or eleven years old. "I asked you a question!" the boy said arrogantly. "I am Princess Serenity of the Moon Kingdom, come to save my people!" "That's impossible!" said the boy in a mounting panic. With that, the he ran away. Sailor Jupiter began chasing after him, but Serenity swiftly put out a hand and said quietly to her, "He'll get his later." Sailor Jupiter let her hand ball into a fist to release her anger and nodded her head. The scouts carefully untied the woman and let her down. She had cuts on her face that were oozing blood, which were mixed with her warm tears.

Serenity crouched down next to the woman and said, "I want you to tell me all that you can." The woman looked into Serenity's eyes and saw the goodness. "It's true what they say," said the woman. "Princess Serenity will save us." The woman let another tear fall, and then began her tale. "My name is Kathy, and I was born here. A man preaches to the people. He tells us that Princess Serenity will rescue us, because Queen Serenity promised that she would, and she has!" Serenity struggled to hold back the million questions that haunted her mind, and then said, "Who am I saving you from?" "King Fiyero." said Kathy. "He is very cruel. He has many servants, but he usually sends out his son, Prince Irji. That's who was going to execute me now." Serenity, still holding back her many questions said, "Why does he want to kill you?"

"The people of the moon are living in underground hiding places. There are many of them with about three or four people living in each. The king's men look for them, and if they find them, all of the people there are executed. I had two other people with me. I'd been living with them for about two months before we were discovered. They are dead now." Kathy paused, and collected herself. "There is a main hiding place where the Imperial Moon Senate and our preacher live. There are about sixty people there, so it's hidden very well. In order to get in, you have to have a crystal key, and only three of the hiding places have them in case of an emergency. Queen Serenity created it so that we would be able to survive after the battle. But we became so overpopulated, that we had to build new hiding places. When news of Queen Baryl's death was announced, we rejoiced! But Nemisis sent King Fiyero to keep order on the moon after she died. Our preacher lived on earth and began the search for you, but could not find you! But Fr. Hino swore he would, and...."

"What did you say?" said Sailor Mars. "Kathy," said Serenity. "I knew a man called Fr. Hino for many years, and he died last week! We must have misunderstood you." "No," said Kathy. "Fr. Hino is dead on your planet. He sends his soul up here to preach to us. He explained his story to us. Sailor Mars? Are you ok?" Sailor Mars was crying silent tears, the ones that hurt the most. "Fr. Hino was my grandfather." she said. "Can you take us to him?" Kathy thought for a few minutes. It appeared that she was thinking hard.

"Kathy?" Sailor Venus said quietly. "I'm sorry," said Kathy. "I'm trying to remember who has the crystal key. I don't have one. Oh, I know! My friend Elphaba has one. She lives with her husband and two daughters. It will be hard to reach them though. King Fiyero and his men are swarming like bees."
