Dragonball is an anime that is based on Akira Toryiama's manga based on a chinese legend about a three-eyed god, a desert bandit, and a monkey boy. It started back in 1984 beginning with Goku meeting Bulma and beginning their quest to find the dragonballs. It ended with the battle with Piccolo Daimao. The difference between this show and the rest of the dragonball shows is that this one focus's more on comedy and finding the 7 dragonballs rather than fighting.
