These dragonballs were created by Kami and Piccolo when they were one. They are much more powerful than all the other types of dragonballs. They are orange with a black star in the center of them. You must have all 7 black star dragonballs before you can make a wish. You get 1 wish but you can wish for whatever you want. After the wish is made, they are scattered all across the universe. Once they are scattered across the universe, you have 1 year to retrieve them again otherwise the planet where the wish was made will explode.
