This is Emily who Really is henna haired now, and at least is a student if not a heroine. I like to live in my backwater little village, painting pictures, playing with mixed media, and tinkering with my Pc. I believe that photoshop isn't not the greatest creation known to art, because corel photo-paint is damn well cheaper and easier to use.I also believe that the worlds problems could be solved with anime if only our government would listen... please see my profile for in depth knowledge. Ally *Hello, and welcome to the site.* *Originally, I wrote a dramatic intro that presented this place as a lil' bitty bit of sanctuary for everyone who was bored with real life, which was what we originally decided this site would be. But now it is the infinitely better thing of being a showcase for our co-written, long-running, award-winning (we wish) serial Inubuyakasha (with two, count 'em, two original characters!)(and a half-Em) We ourselves are Em (Inubuyakasha writer, artist and site technologist) and me, Ally (Inubuyakasha writer, trying to be artist, and creator of random stuff which I give to Em to put on the site 'cos computers don't listen to me, it's taken me months just to get the knowhow to write this) Just so's you know who's who, I'm writing in italics with stars, and Em is writing like a sane person (as far as font is concerned...) Yay! series seven is finished! it'll be up here once I sort out the HTML. it's nearly done, Iv'e just got to go through it in dreamweaver putting in the italics... maybe I should just type series eight in dreamweaver and save myself the hassle...

Jesus, is this site a year old yet? it must be... still haven't finsished typing series seven, but getting near... four maybe five episodes left. and then we're onto series eight, which is going to be the final part of the story. After that, we're going to make a manga instead, and try and keep it a little less epic, it'll be more of a sitcom. The reason WHY I haven't finished series seven is because i've been drawing for stu, now my strike is over. Theres a link to his website, where you can see the drawings to accompany his stories. Latest in the saga of Stuart: After (so I thought) finally reading IBKS, he rang me up in the middle of the class I go to (I had evils from old ladies, solicitors and Tolkien fans...yes, this is why I'M single...and no, it's not a Tolkien class) and asked me to test him. So I lulled him into a false sense of security with vague questions, then got Em to floor him with real questions and expose him as a skim reader. Mm-hmm. That was exactly what happened. I didn't ask vague non-questions AT ALL.
And fate has caught up with me. Yes, I am working in a library. And I will go to uni, and then I will probably work in libraries till I die somewhere in the Mind Body and Spirit section and they find my corpse three weeks later. And then I shall haunt the library. And I'm taking this a little far...
Anyway, I'm off to watch crappy films that I can now hire for free! (Fate has its perks). Bye!*

oh yeah! I updated with some new pictures, and i'm working on giving this place an easier to remember URL. Either that or I'll have to set up an offshoot website, because i need something more commercial for my t-shirt prints and commisions, which are just beginning to to make me a bit of profit, but need proper advertising. AND I've made a policy descision. STUART ALMAN will not be recieving anymore D-spring drawings of any kind, untill he either reads IBYKS or starts giving me some kind of impression that the time I put into doing drawings for him is appreciated. When people will pay you money to draw, people who just nag you will LOSE OUT! Do you hear me, you slave-driving enslaver!?? PEOPLE PAY ME TO WORK, YOU WON'T EVEN READ INUBUYAKASHA!!!! In other words is the latest addition of 'alice breaks things' I returned to our lovely website to find what? Garbled html and most of the main page mysterious missing. I sighed, and I fixed the most of it. I'm sorry Alice but it seems you just don't entendre bien with the html. I seriously don't know how you do it.... oh well, due to the evil lack of internet connection in my rooms this year, updates will be less frequent (yes i know they weren't frequent to begin with). I try guys...
*Looky looky! It's Ally finally doing some work! Well, with Em in London being all studenty, going to lecutres and partying the night away, and me sitting on my arse at home (or sitting in the pub)...well, seemed like I should do something, at least.
Well, Em's in London studying, I'm in Bucks dossing...having the two writers living hundreds of miles apart means the story isn't going to be as regular (hollow laughter) as usual. We'll get it to the end of the series, and then...who knows? The future is not set, there's no fate but what we make for ourselves, and I watch FAR too much TV. ^_^
It's so weird now everyone's gone! (Apart from me, Cam, and Jelen - hah, we'll show those student types! We can have fun too...) It's especially strange not to have Em around - anyone who knows us will know that she's lived just up the road from me forever. *Sniff* Miss you hun!
As for me...um...I've been doing constructive things. Yeah. I learned a new word (sign), I've been eating, watching and drinking random crap...I have done a bit of writing - and even a few drawings, which only Em has seen. They're IBYS pics! And you'll never ever see them! Until I learn to upload images (Psst! Em! Help!)
So anyway, keep reading, have fun. I'm off to play Sims2 (it's the game of the gods, I tell you)*

26th; okay got my brain back now! Look! I posted a short web comic! Its the prologu to IBYKS. and yes i know porlogue is spelt wrong i was being ironic. just look at it or I'll beat you, trust me i'm that stressed.
24th;What happened to summer, where did it go? whats with the rain? why doesn't life work out like you want it to? why has my stalker made a comeback? why don't the Boys like me? Whats goin on? Nande? Doushite? WHERE IS MY STUDENT LOAN? ....aaaaaaaarrrrghhhh! *brain aneurysm* I'm sorry i sisn't do the work i said i would. I made comic books for perfectionist stuart instead. I'll post them soon, or he will... IBYKS fans... if you in fact exist...

8th... This is the month of redesign! hell yeah! it's taking time, but everythings going to be improved! So far, I've done all the IBYKS banners to a decent size and designed some new ones, have a look, and today I'm putting up new pieces to my random thoughts and IBYKS companion....

Okay, this place needs a major overhaul. I have Two weeks left of college, then I'm free till the beginnnig of august so I think I'll devote a few days to this dump of a website. I'm gonna re vamp some old banners, make all those new ones I've been promising, then I swear I'll do some typing. Come on emily, Resolve!

Here we are, into summer and it's still raining... 3 days of sun and i got over exited... but no. Okay, well after easter break as you can see- still no more banners. I promise I will do them! Probably this week if I get time, but there's more pictures again. Ally did some banners... but she lost them, so we still have none of the beautiful illustrations of Ally (She's really good! Just secretive...) But it's summer, series 8 has about four or five episodes allready, series seven is being typed, so let's all have good cheer, okay?

Lately I have had mail saying 'wah! I suck! How did you learn to draw?' Well apart from the fact you don't suck, -hello i did once suck too. Not to sound bigheaded but I don't suck anymore, and all I can recommend is endless practise and observation. And to prove that I did indeed suck, here are two sucky pictures I once drew. Nb. these aren't my most sucky pictures, because I could not face other people seeing those. Anyway... I'm still trying to make this site user friendly, I've put a little navigation batr on most of the pages to take you straight to the homepage, inubuyakasha or the gallery... that help? Also i've posted about five new pictures this week to avoid typing.

Uh, I didn't do any work this week, sorry I was dealing with my University application and my projects. i'll try to finish an episode this week at least, and I've got a load of pictures to post once they're coloured. Plus, after hearing about Lizzie's crisis of drawing confidence, I will dig up something I drew when I'd just started, and you can all mock it, proving that you don't just wake up one day and go 'haha today I will become a semi-competent manga artist' I look back and cringe, I really do...
