They're all mine! ^_^x Well.... maybe I can share a few of them....MAYBE. :::tsks at Ember::: Keep your clone machine to yourself, de gozaru.Everyone on this list I either use personally for RPGing, or I just like the idea of their character and am rather... overprotective. ^^;; Anyways, enjoy yourself!

Number One Bishounen.... Himura Kenshin (Shinta)!
From the hit anime series Rurouni Kenshin (aka Samurai X), with Himura Kenshin as the star of the show. An ex-assassin blademaster (Hitokiri Battousai) from the Meiji Revolution turned wanderer, Kenshin lives at the Kamiya dojo with Kaoru, Sanosuke, and Yahiko. Dual personality (does one dare say bi-polar?), constantly fighting the the blood-crazed battousai within and trying to live his chosen life peacefully while fending off attacks from old aquaintances of the war. |
Jereth, the Goblin King
From Jim Henson's movie Labyrinth (best non-anime movie in the world!) Played by David Bowie, Jereth is the King of the Goblins and resides at the center of the amazingly complex Labyrinth. Is in love with Sarah. She rejects him. What an idiot. Oh well, I guess it's better that way, cause now he's mine! ^_^x Did I mention that he's a Fae, and can shapeshift into a Barn Owl? |
Saavedro
"Oh Tamra my love. How long have I been trapped here? How much of my life has been eaten by the fog? The face I see in the lagoon isn't one I remember ever wearing. It's so much older. So much more savage. But it is me. It is Saavedro. And I remember what they did. How they led my people to death." From Myst 3:Exile, Saavedro is a native of Narayan, which was pretty much utterly destroyed by the sons of Atrus. They trapped him on J'nanin by tying him to a post and burning their linking book in the fire as they linked out, laughing at his people's trust of them. Trapped there for an indeterminate amount of time, he was driven partially insane by "the fog" and his grief. He then decided to set out for revenge against Atrus, and thus begins Exile. Poor Saavy. |
Raistlin Majere
Twin brother to Caramon Majere (I hate him!) in the wonderful DragonLance series by Weis and Hickman. Raistlin is a sickly, frail, antisocial twin who doesn't seem to have anything going for him and everything going for his brother. 'Til he finds out he has the gift of magic and his brother doesn't. Obsessed with furthering his power and gift (it's all he has, really) he retreats further and further behind a mask of cruel indifference to others. He nearly dies in his Testing, and he gains his gold skin and cursed hourglass eyes, which make him see time as it affects all things. For reference, my AIM name comes from him: RaiztlinMajere, if anyone's interested. ;) |
Severus Snape
Yes, I know. You're probably all thinking "WHAT, HIM?!?" Yes, he's the snide potions master from the famous Harry Potter series, and is probably one of the most hated character by "traditionalist" HP fans, other than Malfoy, Wormtail, and You Know Who. He fits the catagory for tragic anti-hero, a category that I'm fatally attracted to. He's evil, antisocial, and BRILLIANT. Plus, he's a spy. Being bishounen isn't always about a pretty face. ^_^x Aw, just go read some Snapefics, ok? |
Skywise
From the ElfQuest graphic novel series by Wendy and Richard Pini. Skywise is the "brother in all but blood" to Cutter, the main character of the series who goes on a quest for a new homeland, then to find others of his race, and finally ends up battling for the home of the High Ones itself! Mischievous and saucy, Skywise dreams of flight and a return to the stars. His soul name is Fahr. |
Manji (shown with Rin at right)
Manji is one of the main characters from the Japanese manga (comic) Blade of the Immortal. He has a shady past, in which supposedly he killed many good men and indirectly caused the death of his younger sister. He was then cursed with bloodworms, which heal even the most grievous wounds and make him immortal. He can only die by massive blood loss or beheading. A rather tortured soul, he ends up befriending Rin, and assisting her on her quest to kill the ones resposible for her parents' bloody murders and the downfall of her dojo. |
Sesshomaru
From the Japanese Manga series Inu-yasha, Sesshomaru is the evil half-brother of Inu-yasha. He's a full dog-demon, and he doesn't mind killing anyone and everyone that stands between him and what he wants. Heck, he even comes after Inu-yasha wanting to purge him from the family bloodline, thinking half-breeds are disgraceful. Is saved by a human girl later and begins to have second thoughts about the worth of human lives. |
Inu-yasha
Inu-yasha from....er, well, Inu-yasha! His name means "Dog Demon", but really he's half-demon, half-human. He was, and most likely is still in love with (no matter how much he denies it!) the powerful priestess Kikyo, who is now dead... Is forever after the Shikon Jewel, the Jewel of 4 Souls, which not only increases the power of demons, but would be able to grant him his one wish: to become a full demon! |
Larva
No, not the white slimy grub. Larva from Vampire Princess Miyu. And his name is Latin for Ghost or Spirit! He is Shinma, a god/demon who is currently bound to Miyu, as she drank his blood when he came too close, and now is her servant, companion, and most likely her boyfriend. Larva hardly ever speaks or takes his mask off, as it is part of the blood bond. He often has to come to Miyu's rescue when she goes off battling other Shinma and restless spirits loose upon the world. |
D (in back, ignore Doris and and little kid)
Uhh.... It's D, from the anime Vampire Hunter D! You guessed it, he hunts vampires! In the future, there are vampire landlords ruling the land, as well as other creatures that prey on humans. The dhampir (half-vampire) D travels the roads on his cyborg horse, taking up the odd job of vampire extermination from villages of humans. In the first movie, he makes a deal to save Doris from the nearby Count after he marks her as his new bride-to-be. He is the half-blood descendant of Count Dracula, the original vampire, who is revered like a god in this time period. |
Otaru Mamiya
Otaru Mamiya is the main character of the anime series Saber Marionette J, and is much sought after by his various marionettes as well as his next-door neighbor, Mitsurugi Hanagata. ;) Otaru lives on the colony planet Terra 2 in the country of Japoness, a world where, due to an unfortunate accident, only 6 male colonists survived and populated the planet by genetic manipulation. They were unsuccessful at producing females. ^_^x Otaru has to save Terra 2 from a very World War 2-esque conflict with Faust, leader of Gartlandt, who wants to rule the world and uses a theory of Gantlandt's genetic superiority as an excuse. |
Sephiroth
Yep, the infamous Sephiroth from Final Fantasy 7. Experimented on by Shinra and his father Hojo, infused with mako and Jenova cells, military trained and stretched passed all human limits. No wonder the poor guy went insane. Even with all his military fame, people never really seemed to want to get to know him or hang out with him. Introverted, he read some top secret files on the experiments done to him, and his mind snapped. Now thinking that he wasn't even human, and being controlled by Jenova, he went on a killing rampage for revenge, and finally settled on becoming a god and exterminating the humans who exterminated "his kind", the Ancients. |
Vincent Valentine
Vincent Valentine from Final Fantasy 7. In love with Lucretia, Sephiroth's mother, he was taken by Hojo, tortured and experimented on, then put into a kind of hypersleep for years until Cloud and party came and rescued him from his coffin. He found himself transformed from the Turk he used to be into a pale, vampiresque man with a golden mechanical claw and the power to transform into the demon Chaos...or shall we say the demon is just dormant most of the time and comes out to play when it wants to? Is eternally repentant that he failed to save Lucretia and Sephiroth from Hojo and Shinra. |
Tamahome
Tamahome from Fushigi Yuugi, the Mysterious Play! He's one of the Suzaku Seven, named after the constellations and given great powers. Falls in love with the heroine of the series who's name illudes me at the moment. |
Kuja
Kuja from Final Fantasy 9. Don't really know much about him, since I don't have Playstation, but I know he's evil, and he sure is kawaii. ;) Claim is shared between me and Rena-chan. We alternate each week. ^_^ |
Javert
Heheh... Javert the crazed inspector from Les Miserables. We know he had a horrible past (born in a prison to "lowly criminal scum", and of gypsy descent, which meant extreme persecution when added together then), and due to this he became obsessed with justice, honor, and duty. So he chases Jean Valjean for years, when any reasonable person would have given up, or seen Valjean was innocent/changed/whatever. I'm just attracted to his character. |
Erik, aka Phantom
You guessed it! Erik from Susan Kay's Phantom novel, a different viewpoint of the classic Phantom of the Opera novel that's been made so famous. The book is fantastic, going into the very beginning of Erik's life, the mental and physical torment his mother induced upon him, how he ran away only to end up in the savage court of the Shah of Persia, how he constructed his home during the chaos of the French Revolution, all the way after his death to a most interesting twist in the story never covered before! If you ever get a chance, read Susan Kay's book, as it is no longer out-of-print. ^_^x |
Gambit aka Remy LeBeau
Same Same. More to be added later! ;) |
Nightcrawler!
You know the drill. ;) |
