Okay, it's a little warmer now...but not by much. Anyway...More Kitties! That's right, more kitties! Sweetheart had her litter sometime on Sunday or Monday. I think it was Monday afternoon, but I'm not sure. LOL Well, she's happily camped out with her daughter, Princess, and they're sharing mom duties. They're sharing the same box and each others babies. It's so cute!!

Ugh...that's all I have to say at the moment. Ugh, ugh, ugh...it's all gray and gloomy again. -_- We had nice 70 to 80 degree weather...and now it's only about 50!! *shivers* I'm cold now darnit! I wish the weather would make up its mind and quit changing all the time. My stupid allergies are going haywire thanks to the indecision of the weather. Grrrr...

Oh! I have fun news though! ^_^ My outdoor kitties are multiplying! XD We have four mommy kitties...and one of them had her babies yesterday afternoon! It's Princess's first litter of kittens, and they're adorable! *squeals of delight* Anyway, Princess is doing really well, and so are her babies. I haven't gotten an accurate count, but I think she has five. It was so cute when she went into labor too. Princess's mother, who is also pregnant, got all curious and worried...and she jumped into the box with Princess to help her with the kittens! It was so cool!

Okay, I'm rambling again...gomen! I should go anyway...I smell good food! *drools* Ja Ne!

Man, this is a total change from my last blog entry. I'm depressed. Why? Three main things...the stupid dogs, work, and Beth-chan.

First off, my parents left to go on vacation in Alabama this past Friday. No big deal, right? Yeah, whatever. All hell just happened to break loose as soon as they got about 2 days away from us. I had one of those heavy-duty hairbrushes made out of that plastic that splinters out when it gets broken. Well, the dang dogs got ahold of it when my sister and I were out, and they chewed the handle off of it. There were chunks of plastic all over the kitchen floor. I cleaned everything up and threw out the hairbrush, just thinking that it really wasn't a big deal. Well, my dad's dog started doing this convlusion dance across the kitchen floor, acting like he was trying to vomit. I freaked out and called the emergency number for the vet's. (This leads to reason two) The vet told me I should stay home and keep an eye on the dogs, to make sure that one of them didn't swallow a splintered out piece of plastic that could really hurt them. -_-

So, to continue onto my second reason...I called in to Applebee's and told my manager that I couldn't come into work that night, explaining to her about the situation with the dogs. She told me that I had to find someone to cover for me, because they were already short one host for a Saturday night. Well, I wasn't about to tell my younger sister that she couldn't go bowling with her friends, so I tried to get someone to cover for me. Needless to say, I couldn't get anyone to cover my close shift, so I got a write-up for it. -_- Then, as if that wasn't enough...I overslept the next day and ended up being 20 minutes late for work.

The next bit was just wonderful as well. I got a call from my sister as I'm on my way home from work on Sunday morning, telling me that we have no water. I'm thinking, great! So I go home and try the faucet on the kitchen sink, and sure enough, there's no water. I call the plumber, who is already working on our downstairs bathtub, and explain to him what's going on. He comes over on Monday morning, yesterday, and fixes the stupid water pump and pressure tank so we have water again. At this point, I was thinking to myself, what else can go wrong...well...more did go wrong.

As many of the Greppies know, doctors found precancerous cells in Beth-Chan's cervix toward the end of March. I went to visit her for her surgery, which was on April 5th. Well, after the surgery, the prognosis was really good- 80% chance of her NOT having problems. Well, it seems that the odds are a bit against Beth at the moment. She called me earlier this afternoon and told me that the cancer is back. It hasn't been much more than a week since her surgery, so imagine how she must feel right now. She was balling when she called me. I wanted more than anything than to just hop into my car and drive the 2 and a half hours to her house to be there for her.

As it stands right now, Beth is asking for all of our thoughts and prayers. I'm also asking that anyone who believes in God, to please pray for Beth and her family. This is rough going right now, and I know she needs her friends more than ever.

Now that I'm done burdening you with my troubles, I take my leave. I need to call Beth-chan to see if she has any idea of what's going to happen next. Ja Ne.

Heh...look at me. Lazy as usual. Gomen for not being around to post updates! I've been busy or lazy. XD

Anyway, Beth couldn't make it up to visit due to the fact that her niece got really sick. I did get to go and visit her and be with her for her surgery though. Everything went really well, so it's all good! ^_^

There's even more good news! Jeff proposed to Faithers! There's gonna be a wedding within the next year! I'm so happy!

Zephy is creating a blog! LOL We 'conned' her into it. I have lots of updating to do on various URL's for blogs. Everybody's been moving their hosting around on me again! -_-
