Welcome to Neo Anime Chat. Before we let you loose inside tho, we gotta lay down a couple rules.

• There are three chat overlords. Neo, Suzaku, and Fellow Felon. They are the judge, the jury, and the executioner.. they run the chat. What they say goes.
• In here, when you claim a name from a certain Anime it's yours, no one else can use it without your permission. If you go in under a taken name and someone tells you to change it, just change it, don't argue. You'll just get flamed, then banned for impostering.
• When RPing a character, use actions marks. They usually go like this: *Sits down, cross legged on the floor, looking around* If you don't use action marks, people will just brush you aside and not pay attention to you.
• When fighting, PLEASE, don't mode. Moding is just acting invincible, saying your immortal, saying you you a PL of 900 billion or some BS like that. Fight fair. (Well, as fair as fights get anyways)
• For the love of God DON'T ACT LIKE AN IDIOT IN THERE! We created Neo Anime because the original Anime was infested with morons. Don't waste our time by coming in and posting Hentai or some dumbass thing like that.
• If you want to know how to do things (Post a pic, change your font, ETC) just ask one of the Overlords. The name Overlord might seem intimidating, but really we're just here to keep things running smoothly. We'll teach you the HTML's you need to know.
• Finally, most of the chatters in here use AIM (Aol Instant Messenger). If you don't have it, you can get it here. It's a free service and it'll allow you to talk to chatters individually, if you want to.
• Respect the chatters who've been there longer than you. Anyone with a BG in their name is an elder. The BG code is a sacred thing, if you get it and give it out, we'll hang you by...well, use your imagination. It's a big no-no to hand it out, and a privilage to get it. Those with it are to be TREATED WITH RESPECT.
