Mistress Nine is the evil, grown-up version of Tomoe Hotaru, aka Sailorsaturn. After Hotaru was fed Chibiusa's pure heart, Mistress Nine took over. She doesn't do much except rant and blow some things up. After Pharoah 90 is destroyed, Professor Tomoe pleads with Mistress Nine for Hotaru to come back. Eventually, Hotaru wins over Mistress Nine and returns to herself. After the final battle, Hotaru is turned back into a little baby.
