DVD Summary:

Thou Shalt Not Kill:

It's the one commandment they cannot keep. Tough, stylish and extreme, fans of "reservoir dogs" and "pulp fiction" will thrill in the action, intensily and intelligence of modern day morality tale written in blood. Staring Williem Dafoe "the english patient" Sean Patrict Flanery "powder" and Norman Reedus "8mm".

When the sadistic Russian mob starts muscling in on their South Boston Irish Neighborhood, Connor and Murphy McManus know what must be done. Feeling that the vengeance of God is flowing through their veines, they set out to rid the streets of gansters, criminals and lowlifes. As the body count rises, the brothers become local heroes. Now, one unorthodox FBI agent must be cunning enough to bring them down.

This movie starts out with action right away. It all begins in a local pub in a South Boston Irish neighborhood and continues to please all the way through. . Two twin brothers, Connor and Murphy MacManus, both 29, get into a bar fight with some Russian gangsters. The Russians quickly loose. Two of the Russians who were attacked return the next day to attack the brothers at their apartment and one is killed a la toilet.

One of the many things this movie has going for itself is how the action scenes are played out. The movie shows FBI agent Paul Smecker and the local police investigating the scene then after some theories, we get to see what really went down. This movie has plenty of action to please. I don't think i've ever seen this kind of flashback or altered timeline in a movie before and it gives it a memberable trademark.

The twins, with a sort religous divine influence start to go after Russian gansters and mafia members.. One of the twings has Aequitas tatood on his finger meaning equality or justice and the other has Veritas meaning Truth. The FBI member who investigates these attacks doesnt know weither he wants to arrest them or help them. This FBI member listens to classical music while making composing motions with his arms in order to figure out what has happened. He is not right all the time. The twins become local heroes, called The Saints and are latter joined by their father.

I really enjoyed the show. The action and comedy is enough to have me watching it over and over. The way the actions scenes are played out brings a different style to the movie. anyone who is looking for plenty of action and comedy should check this out.

DVD: the dvd contains audio commentry, 5.1 surround sound, filmographies, deleted scenes, outtakes and the original trailer. the widescreen version of the film is excelent and with the extras the dvd is a must buy. but Caution: this is not one for the fant of heart or the youngins, there are plenty of fucks involved and voilence.
