Quezacotl Elemental: Thunder  Starting Level: 1 Starting Hp: 300 Found at: squalls study panel from his desk in the classroom of  Balamb Garden. You need to access it and select the tutorial option and Quezacotl will automatically be added to your Gf inventory plus with Shiva. Gf's Attack: Thunder Storm Quezacotl's attack is thunder based and its good against any type of machine/robotic enemy.	Shiva Elemental: Ice Starting Level:1 Starting Hp: 298 Found At: You do the same thing you did with Quezacotl. They both come together when you access Squall's study panel. Gf's Attack: Diamond Dust Shiva's Attack is ice based. Its very powerful against fire Creatures.
Ifrit Elemental: Fire Starting Level: 1 Starting hp: 305 Found at:  The end of the fire cavern you must defeat Ifrit  in order for him to join you in battle. Gf's Attack: Hell Fire Ifrits attack is fire based its most effective to ice creatures.	Siren Elemental: None (casts Silence) Starting Level: 3 Starting Hp: 391 Found At: On top of the Dollet Communication Tower you must draw Siren during the boss fight with Elvoret. Gf's Attack: Silent Voice Sirens Attack is non-elemental. The Silent Voice effect causes enemies to be in Silence Status.
Brothers Elemental: Earth Starting Level: 7 Starting Hp: 670 Found at: In the Tomb of the Unknown King. You first Have to fight one of the brothers (Sacred) and then you need to defeat them together in order for them to join you. Gf's Attack: Brotherly Love The brothers Attack is earth based. Meaning by this attack is worthless against flying creatures. But it works with enemies on the ground.	Diablos Elemental: None Starting Level: 9 Starting Hp: 730 Found At: You need to speak to Headmaster Sid before you leave to go to Timber and he'll give you a cursed magical lamp. When you use the lamp you will be teleported into battle against Diablo's. You must defeat Diablo's before it will join your party. Gf's Attack: Dark Messenger Diablo's has an non-elemental attack it may not be good in the beginning of the game but well get better once you level him up and his attack points will be greater. Some enemies are immune to Diablo's attack.
Carbuncle Elemental: None (casts Reflect) Starting Level: 16 Starting Hp: 1220 Find at: With Carbuncle you must draw it from the boss fight with the Iguions on disc 1. Gf's attack: Ruby Light Carbuncles attack doesn't really attack the enemy it casts reflect to your entire party. So the attack is basically a defense maneuver.	Leviathan Elemental: Water Starting Level: 17 Starting Hp: 1349 Find At: Leviathan Must be drawn in the boss battle with Norg during the battle at Balamb Garden on disc 2. Gf's Attack: Tsunami Leviathan's attack is water based. This is the strongest water attack you will find so its handy for fighting creatures that has a weakness to water magic.

Pandemona Elemental: Wind Starting Level: 19 Starting Hp: 1442 Find At: Draw Pandemona from Fujin During the boss fight with Fujin and Raijin on disc 2. Gf's Attack: Tornado Zone Pandemona's attack is wind based. There are a lot of enemies  with a weakness to wind magic and there's not a lot of wind magic out there so Pandemona is in good handy.

Cerberus Elemental: None (casts Double & Triple) Starting Level: 23 Starting Hp: 1490 Find At: You have the choice to either fight Cerberus or just go straight to the Siefer and Edea boss battle. In order to get Cerberus you need to defeat him in order for him to be in your party you could find him in the main hall at Galbadia Garden on Disc 2. Gf's Attack: Counter Rockets Cerberus Attack doesn't really attack the enemy. It casts Double And Triple magic to your entire party.

Alexander Elemental: Holy Starting Level: 25 Hp: 1925 Find At: You have to draw Alexander During the boss fight of  Edea in Galbadia Garden on disc 2. Gf's Attack: Holy Judgement Alexander's Attack is Holy based. This attack is very effective to the undead and creatures affected with Zombie. The attack isn't very powerful in the beginning but when you get use to Alexander it will.

Doomtrain Elemental: Poison (casts abnormal status) Starting Level: 8 Hp: 2521 Find At: There is a ring at tears point in Esthar called the Solomon Ring. You need a couple of items before the ring can work. The items are Malboro Tentacles, Remedy+ and Steel Pipes. Once you have all the required items you can use the ring and Doomtrain will accept the items and join your party. (first available during disc 3)  Gf's Attack: Runaway Train Doomtrains attack is Poison based. This attack is very good on humans enimes. This attack causes several abnormal status effects including poison, darkness, silence, berserk, sleep, doom, curse, petrify, confuse, and VIT 0.

Bahamut Elemental: None Starting Level: 35 Hp: 3274 Find At: When you have the Ragnarok on disc three you can start searching for the Deep Sea Research center in the southwest corner on the world map. There you must answer Bahamuts questions correctly before you can enter the  boss battle and you must defeat Bahamut in order to join the Gf party.  Gf's Attack: Mega Flare Bahamut attack isn't powerful becuase its non-elemental but the attack animation is long and can boost the Gf close to 250 maximum.

Jumbo Cactuar Elemental: None Starting Level: 20 Hp: 1766 Find At: There is a small island called Cactuar Island its a desert island  east from the Centra Ruins. On the small island you will see a small green creature popping out a couple of times all over the place. Go to the green creature and then you will be put in a battle defeat Jumbo Cactuar and  it will join your party. Gf's Attack: 1,000 Needles This attack is the second strongest Gf attack in the game. the damage it does is it depends on Cactuars level like when Cactuar reaches level 100 it means it attacks 10,000 needles to the enemy. Meaning 10,000 hit points. Its needles multiply the points of damage every 10 levels.

Tonberry King Elemental: None Starting Level: 30 Hp: 2596 Find At: You need to defeat 18 Tonberrys at the Centra Ruins. Then when you defeated enough Tonberrys the Tonberry king will appear. Defeat it and it will join your party. Gf's Attack: Chef's Knife The attack that Tonberry does is that it selects a creature at random and attacks it. the attack isn't that powerful at first but it will come much more value  later on during the game. So far  for boosting you won't have a lot of boosting to do because the animation is very short.

Eden Elemental: None Starting Level: 30 Hp: 4786 Find At: After when you defeated Bahamut in the deep sea research center you will be able to go deeper underwater. All the way down below the surface you will encounter Ultimia Weapon, if you have enough steam power left to reactivate the excavation site. Eden Must be drawn from ultimia weapon during the battle. Gf's Attack: Eternal Breath Eden's attack is the most powerful attack in the game. On its own is cause around 13,000 points of damage. The animation is very long and allows boosting to full 250. it tends to increase the damage to about 35,000 points of damage.

If you missed any gfs on the way thru the game you can get them during disc four at Ultimecia's castle. When you defeated Sphinxaur, choose to unlock the draw ability then you will be able to draw the following Gf's.
