Michiru's Sashimi
Sashimi Salad
Ingredients
14oz fresh sea bream fillet
salt and pepper
1Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 lettuce
1/2 Itarian parsley
3-4 radish
1 watercress
6 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. white sesame
3 Tbsp. corn faakes
(1) Slice sea bream fillet into thin slices.
(2) Sprinkle salt and pepper , olive oil , and lemon juice on sliced sea bream fillet. Marinate sea bream fillet in a refrigerator.
(3)Meanwhile tear the lettuce leaves and Itarian parsley and soak in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain well.
(4)Make the dressing; whisk together sesame oil , soy sauce and sasame.
(5)Toss vegetable with dressing. Serve sald on a plate, put marinated sea bream fillet on the vegetable. Decorate sliced radish and sprinkle corn flakes.
