Minako's Curry
Minako's Curry

Curry Rice

Curry is originally from India. Curry rice is very popular with kids and adults in Japan. Japanese curry is thicker than Indian curry, because it uses flour.

If you can get curry sauce on the market, it is very easy to cook. Please cook enough and freeze it for presevation.

Enjoy the spicy hot taste!!

Ingredients
14oz meat (beef, pork, chicken anything you like)
2 onions
5 potatoes
2 carrots
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1000ml water (please don't ask me, I have no clue what's going on with the metric system)
curry sauce (you can get it in a Japanese or international grocery store)

(1) Prepare rice.
(2) Cut potatoes and carrots into bite-size.
(3) Slice onions.
(4)Cut meat into bite-size.

(8) When potatoes and carrots are stewed, heat curry sauce in a pan over low heat until melted.
