Usagi's Story
Usagi was just a normal junior high school student until....
One day Usagi was running late for school (as usual), and on her way she saw some boys picking on a cat. Being the sweetheart that she is, she rescued the cat, then took off for school once she heard the bell ring. The cat followed her and for the rest of the day Usagi got in trouble for bringing "her" cat to school. The cat later followed her home, and Usagi noticed a band-aid on her forehead. Being nice again, Usagi took the band-aid off to make sure the cat was alright.
After the band-aid was off, the cat promptly thanked Usagi, scaring her to death. Once the initial shock wore off, the cat revealed that her name was Luna, and that she had been sent to find the Sailor Senshi and the Moon Princess, and that Usagi was one of the senshi, namely, Sailor Moon!
Usagi hated being Sailor Moon at first. She cried before and during battles, trying to run away many times. As time went on, she met with the other Sailor Senshi, and fought several tough enemies. She even found out later that she was the Moon Princess, and that someday she would be the ruler of Crystal Tokyo, along with her lover from her past and present lives, Chiba Mamoru.
Usagi matures significantly as Sailor Moon, and it is more than noticeable, especially if you watch the first season and then Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. She worries less about herself and more about the innocent victims and her friends. Many times she even sacrifices herself to save the ones she loves.
