News from July, 2002!

7/27/02~ As of tomorrow, I will no longer be posting updates on the main page!

7/27/02~ Ok, ok, so I didn't get the second chapter posted. But who's really paying that much attention anyways. At least I have a good excuse! There was a big nasty thundery type storm and I didn't want to die at the keyboard. It's too undignified. I wanna go out with style......
Sorry fans, but Rhino has now announced that they have officially delayed the release of My Little Pony: The Movie (VHS / DVD) until sometime early 2003.

7/23/02~ I just put up the prologue of my fanfic! About time, huh? The first chapter should be up today too.

7/21/02~ Some of the new pics I added are WAY TOO BIG. I am slowly but surely fixing them.
Rejoice Fushigi Yugi fans! Pioneer has announced they will be releasing FY: Fushigi Yugi Eikoden this November! All 4 bilingual episodes will be packed together on a single DVD along with great bonus features such as all four non-credit versions of ending credits, an art gallery, and a 24 page full color booklet. The show will also be available in a special Limited Edition DVD that will be packaged with a set of ten mini-pencil boards!

7/18/02~ Well, I'm still adding to the galleries, but I haven't really done anything else lately. I'm such a bum. Oh, I added a new Sailor Moon cd to the CD Dist. Page, and I'm going to be adding a couple more within the next couple days.

After weeks of rumors, ADV announced at Anime Expo that they will begin publishing an English version of Newtype magazine this fall. While current US anime publications like Play Magazine, Animerica, and Protoculture Addicts do an excellent job keeping us abreast of all the new domestic Anime releases, NewType will contain the latest information about what’s new in Japan, and will be an excellent resource for all English reading Anime fans. Look for it here this fall!

I also heard from a fairly reliable source that Pioneer will no longer be releasing anime on VHS. The only good thing about that is that some stores that carry anime, like Suncoast, have their Pioneer VHS at DISGUSTINGLY low prices. My boyfriend bought almost the entire Battle Athletes series for less than $20. I picked up some Fushigi Yugi videos I didn't have for $2.50 each too. So check it out!

7/01/02~ Still working on the galleries, fanfic, and getting my site on Yahoo! I added a message board today too! Please go ahead and use it for whatever!
