Where?
Your illustrious web-mistress *~Shouri~* grew up in a small town in Connecticut called Plainfield. Our main attraction is the Plainfield Dog Track, but other than that, all Plainfield can boast is 14,000 gas stations and twice that many banks.
Plainfield is a pain to live in because it is made up of villages, each having their own zip codes. This whole system is asinine because all together, it's still Plainfield, but if you happen to have a friend that lives 5 or 6 miles in another direction, you have to know 3 other zip codes. After 19 years, I still don't know why this is.
Plainfield is mainly populated by cows and the ingnorant masses. The cows are good people, but the ignorant masses can be mind-numbingly....... well, ignorant. In our local newspaper, one Plainfield resident even wrote a letter to the editor saying that the movie Harry Potter and the Sorceror's Stone promoted witchcraft and was evil. There are some scary people around here. Not to mention the ones that are running around murdering cats. *~Shouri~* cries for the poor kitties.

Stuff
*~Shouri~* is 19 years old and is a sophomore at Quinebaug Valley Community College in Danielson, CT.
I have 2 full sisters, 1 half-sister, two parents, and several million relatives. Actually, *~Shouri~* is related to a good amount of Plainfield's residents. (it's a big family) Also included in *~Shouri's~* family are lotsa kitties, some ducks, some chickens, some big, mean, sharp-toothed fish that live in her pond, and a cute little snakey I found and put in our pond. The kitties are by far my favorite family members.
*~Shouri~* went to a catholic school called St. John's from kindergarten until 4th grade, and I loved it, no joke. Then I went to Plainfield Memorial School, Plainfield Central School, and Plainfield High School, respectively. And I hated nearly every minute of public school. Aside from the fact that I didn't have to wear a uniform anymore. That was good.

Stuff
Right now, *~Shouri~* has a wonderful fiance named Jay who she has been dating for almost 4 years. He took some getting used to, but boy, did he grow on me.
When *~Shouri~* is not a slave to her web-site habits, she likes to read all kinds of fantasy and occult books, play just about any Final Fantasy game, watch anime, and pick on her youngest sister, who is obnoxious beyond belief.
*~Shouri~* also works at the Plainfield Recreation Center. In the morning, I'm a counselor at the School Age Child Care Program, and in the afternoon, I'm a daycare assisstant. The daycare is a lot of fun, but those 2nd and 3rd graders can be heinous.
On a slightly more personal level, I'm a Wiccan by belief, but not by practice. Only because it's an expensive lifestyle, and I don't make much money. There's that, and the fact that my parents are very supportive of most of the independent decisions I make, so I try to avoid the subject with them.
There are a lot of good websites on the internet if you want more info on Wicca. You can just do a search on Wicca at Yahoo!, or you can click this link.
Witch/Pagan Resources
If you do decide to just search for info, avoid websites with inverted pentagrams, which is basically the picture on the right, except upside-down. Those sites do not know what they are talking about if they have that sign. (not the one i have, the upside-down one!)
Also, I'm semi-vegetarian, meaning that I do eat fish, and chicken and turkey on occasion. This is also an expensive lifestyle, and that's the main reason I'm not completely vegetarian.
