A woman of Moon Elf descent, her pearl skin holds a faint blue tint in places. Long sable curls held back by a mithril circlet accent the luster of her soft skin. Eyes of deep, crystalline blue, a small, slender nose and full, garnet red lips complete the aristocratic look of her cold beauty.
Her looks are deceitful in nature. She stands only five foot and three inches tall. She is willowy and lithe, slender and frail looking. She moves with the grace of a stalking panther, flexible and fast. And beneath her supple skin are layers of lean, well-earned, muscle.
She dresses only to please herself. Often times she can be found wearing tight breeches, loose blouses and tight bodices. She always wears a pair of matched mithril rings on her middle fingers and she wears no visible weapons. Sapphire studs adorn each ear and a heavy mithril and sapphire ring hangs on a slender mithril chain around her neck. The ring's jewel setting is of crossing snowflakes, the Great Seal of Iseldale.

Raeneil and Raine, her twin, were born in the Year of the Yellow Rose (1242 DR). The younger by moments, she was raised by her noble parents until she reached the age of fifty. While their father, King Braegen, trained Raine in ruler ship she was given into the custody of her grandfather, Daelric, and taught the Bladesong. While Raine learned statecraft and diplomacy she learned to heal and destroy. Ultimately she was declared fit she was sent back home to Iseldale to captain a legion for Raine.
When the twins were age one hundred and two, in the Year of Moonfall (1344 DR), they lost their father. Braegen joined his wife, passing into the ghostly boundaries of Arvandor. With them passed many from Cormanthor as they fled to the safe boundaries of Arvandor or Evermeet. Raine was crowned King of Iseldale and he appointed Raeneil as his Captain of the Guards.
She quickly tired of the job, and her feelings for battle and strategy turned colder, harsher. Her brother's policy was discussion before action, very unlike their father's. The people of Iseldale loved Raine and his ideals for the land. However, in those years, the person Raeneil loves most passed through the boundaries of Arvandor. Daelric, founder of the Kingdom of Iseldale, and Raeneil's beloved grandfather died late in the Year of the Arch (1353 DR). Raeneil stepped down to give into a sudden urge to travel after finishing a final year of service to her brother.
In the Year of the Harp (1355 DR) Raeneil gave into the chill of her soul and became Wynter, the name fitting to her icy beauty and cold calculations. She left the lands of Faerūn and came into a place called Rhydin. She honed her skills while traveling many different areas and finally settled down with the people of the Darke Trinity for a span of months. While there she befriended Mina Elizabeth Alicia Westenra Slayer and Adriee Anna Mustaine. However, before she could meet many others, she was summoned back home by grave news.
It was the Year of Shadows (1358 DR) and someone completely unexpected slaughtered her twin brother, Raine, and his family. Their uncle, Courynn Siriondil.
The next four years were spent on the battlefield, and instead of commanding the armies from behind the lines, she rode out and fought with the people of Iseldale. Over that time the people were able to trust her and easily fell into the ideals she held. Finally, on Shieldmeet in the Year of Maidens (1361 DR) Courynn surrendered his false claim on the throne of Iseldale. He was sentenced to banishment, but before he could be taken away the people of Iseldale ripped him apart with their bare hands.
Determined to repair the damage done by war, Wynter remained in Iseldale and was crowned the next year on Midsummer and she became the first Queen of Iseldale. She ruled fairly and justly. Battles were fought, not commanded. And over the years the people grew to love her more.
In the Year of the Shield (1368 DR) she was declared Aire Tari en Iseldale by Corellon himself. Laws and alliances were passed, battles were fought and won, and smaller, surrounding countries came to her for guidance. Under her touch, Iseldale grew and expanded. Elves who found no comfortable home elsewhere came to the land and flourished.
But, a throne is a troublesome seat and one that she never wanted. In the Year of Wild Magic (1372 DR), she left the throne in the care of her seneschal, knowing that when she returned it would be waiting for her. At the age of one hundred and thirty she'd accomplished more in her ten-year rule then her father or twin. And she needed a respite from the trials and tribulations of a kingdom.
