Digimon 01: Holders of the Silver Tags

Episode 1: So, We Meet

The ratty two year old blonde looked at the wreckage that had once been a car. A purple car. No longer was it purple. It was now starched and burned. In fact, there were still some flames from when the two cars had collided. The other one had been red.
Blood pooled around the two cars. But, it had dried to the pavement.
The blonde cocked her head sideways, hearing sirens wailing in the distance. Suddenly, lights began to flash, and the sirens grew louder until they were almost defining.
Soon, men and women were rushing around her, trying to put out the flames of the two cars. They were too late to get most of them. The girl stood, hardly even noticed. Suddenly, she was grabbed by the waist, and rushed over to an ambulance.
“This one survived. Give her medical treatment ASAP.” The man said, handing her over to a women.
The women had dark hair, and was smiling down at her. “Don’t worry. Everything will be fine honey.”
The girl just ignored her as she was placed into the ambulance, and driven away.

Three years later

“You know, I heard that that blonde girl was a survivor of a car crash.” A brown haired five year old boy said to a five year old girl. She was wearing a hat. Both of them were looking at a girl who was sitting beneath a tree with a laptop in her lap. She had blonde hair, and empty honey brown eyes. She was about their age.
“Is that why she never plays with us?” The girl asked in return.
“I’m not sure.” The boy answered. “But, I think she’s scared of us.”
The two kids watched as a man walked over to the girl. He was tall and had light blonde hair. His eyes were covered from view by a pair of sunglasses.
“Get in the car.” He barked.
“You lost a bet, didn’t you?” The girl asked, not even looking up from the computer screen.
“Get in the car!” The man yelled. The girl closed the laptop and followed the man over to the black car.
“Is that her dad?” The boy asked.
“I think so.” The girl answered.
The two of them watched as the car drove off toward Heighten View Terrace.

Sitting in front of her computer, the girl typed silently. Her fingers moved over the key board in smooth swift motions.
“Just one more clearance and… Yes!” She whispered.
A gray box appeared, and inside of it were two words highlighted in red.

Access Accepted

But, then something else appeared. A new window opened, and something formed an egg shape. The egg had a dark purple background, and light blue crescent circles on it.
Suddenly, it began to come out of the screen. The girl jumped back, alarmed.
After it had fully emerged, it floated over to the girl and settled into her arms. She just gaped at it in wonder.
“What the? Huh?” She asked, stupefied.
“Alana! Get in here right this minute!” A voice yelled from out side of the door. It sounded slurred, and the words ran together.
The girl ran over to her bed and put the egg under the covers. Then she ran out of the room.

Later, the girl re-entered her room, bruises were forming on her body, and her cloths were torn.
She walked over to her laptop, and shut it. She then walked over to her dresser, where she began to get her computer software and cell phone. She grabbed her bag, and placed the few items in it, then went to her closet and found her savings. It was over one hundred dollars, and she also stuffed it into the bag.
She looked around the room. Nothing else would matter, she had to leave. She than changed her cloths, and grabbed the egg from under the covers of her bed. She walked over to the door, and stood silently beside it, listening to the sound outside of her room.
An hour or so later, something shot through her open window, and hit the ground beside her.
The girl turned and looked down at the device. It was a purple-blue color, and had a tiny screen and many buttons. She leaned over and picked it up. It began to glow in her hand. She suddenly looked up at her home-hooked computer, which was beeping.
A small screen had appeared. She walked over to it, and looked down at the device in her hand. Being the kid that she was, she held it up to the computer screen. She then was sucked into the computer.
The screen went dark, then the computer exploded.

Eight years later…

Kari’s Log:
It’s said that another six children were chosen as Digi-Destined, but no one knows for sure. It’s also said that they hold the power to either destroy or create a planet. The five original Destined may have something to do with it, but no one is sure. At least, that’s what Gatomon told me. Tai, like the others, thinks it’s nothing but a fairy tale. I think it’s real.

Tai yawned, and stretched his arms as the group of eight walked along a path in the forest. Augumon glanced up at his partner, but said nothing.
“It’s so quiet,” Mimi said in a dreamy voice.
Bawhoom!
“Not any more, it isn’t,” Joe said.
The group turned to see a girl and her Digimon get thrown backward by a cloud of dust. The girl had shoulder-long blonde hair and was wearing purple gloves along with a purple tee and a tan vest. Her blue jeans were baggy, and torn at the knees.
The Digimon was covered in bluish-purple fur, and was about three feet tall. Also, she had a long tail covered in blades. Prackticly every joint on her body had a blade on it.
A boy and another Digimon were on the ground next to her. The boy stood up. He had blond hair, and was dressed in a baggy gray tee, and baggy blue jeans. His gloves were brown.
The Digimon looked like a fox and a clown mixed. Fox-like ears spurted from the side of his head, and a tail appeared from behind him. He had face paint on, and was in a shirt and pants that suited a clown.
“W-what are those Digimon called?” Sora asked.
“I know!” Tentamon yelled. “The one with the blades is called Horkamon. She’s very dangerous, and can cause an entire planet to blow up. She has a pretty bad temper, so don’t get on her bad side. She’s also a legendary Digimon. The clownish one is Metamon, also a legendary Digimon. Don’t be fooled by his appearance though. His clown-crusher will leave you dead.”
“Horkamon! Digivolve!” the girl yelled.

“Right! Horkamon Digivolve to…BLADERAMON!” the newly transformed Digimon reared up on her hind legs, and flapped her angel-like wings.
“That’s Bladeramon,” Biyomon said. “She’s even more powerful than Horkamon, but that’s only her champion form. She’s a dragon type Digimon, even if she doesn’t look it.”
<'DRAGONS BLADE!'> Bladeramon yelled, shooting blades in the form of dragons at a Shadow-like Digimon.
“Who’s that?” Sora asked pointing at the Digimon.
“Shantamon. A very powerful virus Digimon,” Gabumon answered.
“It didn’t work!” the girl yelled.
<'TELEPATHY BLACKOUT!'> the Digi-dragon yelled.
“Let me Digivolve, Justin!” Metamon yelled, standing up.
“Uh, ok,” the boy said.
“Metamon Digi-volve to…TARGETMON!” the small clown Digimon had become larger, and now had machine guns on its back. “MISSILE SHOCKWAVE!” he yelled, and tracking missiles appeared out of nowhere, and flew at Shantamon.
“Stupid children! You cannot harm a shadow! DEATH SCYTHE DESTROYER!” the Digimon shot scythe shaped shadows at the two Digimon.
Bladeramon dogged the attack, but Metamon wasn’t as lucky. The shadow’s had hit him, and he was down.
Suddenly a girl ran into the clearing. She was followed by a small pink dog/fox Digimon.
“Sorry I’m late!” she yelled. “Gathomon held me up!”
“It’s good to see you showed up,” the blonde haired girl yelled back. “Hurry! Get Keelamon to Digivolve!”
The second girl nodded. “You heard her!”
The pink dog/fox nodded. “Keelamon Digivolve to…KIREAMON!” the pink Digimon turned into a larger fox/dog type, only her ears were now more dogish. And she’d grown another two tails.
“Kireamon, a water and ice eliminated Digimon. She’s a legendary fox-dog Digimon. She’s sometimes virus, vaccine, and data. Her main attack is Ice Shards. It shoots ice at you, then you die. Simple as that,” Gomomon said.
“Well, that’s just wonderful…” Sora said with a sigh.
“ICE SHARDS!” Kireamon yelled, jumping in the air, then turning her head down and shooting silver ice at Shantamon.
“Ahaha! You weak fools! You honestly think you can defeat me?! SHADOW DESTROYER!” Shantamon shot a large shadow at the small group, and all the Digimon de-digivolved.
“Damn it!” the second girl yelled.
There was then the sound of underbrush crashing, and three other pairs entered the clearing.
“Those three Digimon are; Poisomon, Anthylamon, and Dayakyumon. All three are legendary Digimon. Poisomon is poison and plant biased, much like Palmon. His main attack is Poison Oak. Anthylamon is a energy based Digimon, and her main attack is Power Claw. Then there’s Dayakyumon, who’s a water based Digimon. She and Gomomon are close relatives, even if they don’t look it. Her main attack is Water Shockwave,” Biyomon said.
Two boys and a girl stood there, looking at the other Digimon, who were on the ground.
Then one of the boys saw the blonde girl run forward.
“You bitch!” she yelled. “Damn you!” she stopped about three feet in front of the Digimon, then pulled her tag and crest off. She held it up for the digimon to see. “Do you know what this is?! This is a Combination Crest! It’s more powerful then any other Crest. And you know what? I’m going to use it,” she held the crest in front of her face, then said, “Power with-in me, give this digimon strength to battle!”
Suddenly, a voice came out of nowhere and said, “Combination activated. Digivolution.”
“Horkamon combination digivolve to…DRACOTHORNMON!” a new digimon stood on the ground. She was about ten feet tall, and was green with spines everywhere. Her head was bowed, but then…her head shot up. “SPINE CRUSHER!” she opened her arms, and spines shot toward the shadow digimon.
They went right through him.
“What did I tell you?! Fools! I cannot be defeated!”
“That’s what you think! Anthylamon digivolve to…UTENAITHMON!” a saber-tooth tiger stood where just moments before a cat had. Her fur was black, and she had dark gray stripes along her sides and arms. She lifted her head, then yelled, “LIGHT PREVAIL!”
A jewel that was on her forehead suddenly shone bright, and white light shot forward, and hit Shantamon. The shadow digimon cried out in agony, and dicentegraited.
Dracothornmon and Utenaithmon de-digivolved.
Anthylamon stood up and ran over to her partner. “We beat him! We kicked his ass!” she yelled happily.
The boy nodded, and reached up and grabbed his hat, he then placed it on her head. “Good job, Anthylamon,” he said.
The cat digimon gave off a smile. Her eyes couldn’t be seen, because the hat was so big on her.
“Good job team,” the blonde haired girl said.
Horkamon began to sniff the air.
“What is it Horkamon?” Dayakyumon asked, moving up beside her.
“I smell more…”
“More?” Metamon began.
“More humans, and digimon, too,” she answered.
“Where?” Keelamon asked.
Suddenly Horkamon pointed toward Tai and the others. “Right there,” she said, her eyes narrowing.
