If you are going to have frames in a page try not to have frames all over the place with scroll bars all over the place. What do I mean? Well you know those pages that when you go they have more than 2 or 3 frames, and they all have vertical and horizontal scroll bars, and you even have to scroll to view the title? Well those are they kind of pages that you don't want to have. If you are going to have frames in your site, 2 or 3 are okay, but make sure that all the contents fit exactly in two of the frames and only one of them scrolls, also the scrolling frames should scroll vertically and not to all sides, this makes people impatient because they can't read the contents to the page inside the page right. So please if you have such a site correct your self, because people don't like this kinds of pages
