The Rosat is short for the room of spirit and time. it is undoubtably the most effective way to train. Because you can gain immense power from this you will only be able to use it under strict conditions. it will have to be when the earth is in need of somebody of great power to arise and you'll have to be fighting for the good of the world.
I will post the things you can do when it will first be able to be used.
